Received a non-answered call on 10/20/2011 at 10:35:03 AM. Apparently being on the DO NOT CALL Registry means nothing.

got a call from 360-529-6136, 866-514-2554, 914224-8950, and 971-220-1011 to say nothing of the 50 that I got an erased...................sometihing needs to be done about these people --- they are arrogant and don't know what remove from you list means................maybe we should run all these to the
Attorney General and ask him how many of these phones call does he himself get...........

"Hi this is an illegal call and maybe by the end of the year I will be in jail"

They called repeatedly.  I finally tracked some of them down and killed them today.  If they call again, I'll find them and kill them again.

They died screaming and I was laughing and looking them in the eyes.  I enjoyed it so much.

Today I received a call from "Wireless Number (914)224 8950" I listened to the recording then pressed ONE to speak with someone. I spoke with a man "Terry". I asked him if he know who I was he said no, that he didnt have my information up on screen. I said you're the one that called me...he said one of my credit cards gave my info to them and that it automatically calls.

I tell him on the DNC list, he says he cant take me off because he gets the Calls through "my credit cards". So we hang up. I google the number "9142248950" and see 100's of complaints. I call the number back and its a woman on her voice mail saying "Hi I am calling illegally for credit card scam, Leave me a message if you want I may be in jail by the end of the year"

I reported this call to the local County Sheriff Dept.  They told me that these calls are not uncomon.  The FCC needs to control these calls.  I responded back to this number and was billed on my phone bill for $8.00.  When I reached a person at that number I asked where he was calling from and he said NY and then the billing on the bill said I called Jamaica.  I told him to remove our number from the list after listening to a spill about I needed to give him my bank number as I had been listed as receiving a large amount of money in a lottery drawing in Michigan and I told him that was not possible and hung up.  I have not been in Michigan in years.  These are the types of people who pray on older persons and I am not there yet.  We still keep receiving calls from this number and we do not answer them.  How is the public ever going to be rid of these types of call.

Yes, they got my voice mail but hung up. I called back unidentified using *67 which won't show I am calling.  There is a recording with a woman's voice saying"Yes I am calling everyone illegally about a credit card thing and will probably be in jail by the end of the year."   And you know everyone, she probably deserves to be.

Don't ever call back or interact but a least block your number so they can't see it.  Ignore it and if it gets worse have the police investigate. Honestly, some people have nothing better to do with their time??

Nothing to identify them and no message.  I am addressing how they got our numbers.  Not from new credit card sign ups.  My credit cards are at least 20 years old.  Not from any new credit signed up for, been out of debt for 15 years, pay cash for everything unless we use the credit cards and then pay them off monthly.  So I have no idea how they got my number with the exception that it is a listed number and they probably have some sort of machine that just calls all phone combinations until they get one.

Called 10-28-2011 @ 14:23, left no message on working recorder.  Not worth my time either.

I didn't answer this call and wasn't left an voice mail.  I called the number back to get the name of the company to report on the "do not call" registry.  All the message said was the person's name and claiming they are supposedly calling people with credit card scams.  I don't know if it was that person calling or someone trunking their number.  Whatever it was I reported it immediately.

Now there is anothe company calling from California.  That scam number is 562-606-1199, hang up and report this lady too....she is a con artist. Be careful!

I got a call from this number a little bit ago and dialed *67 and called the number back and too got a female voice stating she was calling people illegally about credit cards and hopefully by the end of the year she will be in jail.  What is going on here.  I am reporting this number to FCC and telling them what was said when I called the number back.

Answered and foreign sounding older woman said there was a very important message for me.  I hung up -- this nbr has clled me before

I just got a coll from this number also telling me I can get a better rate.  But then I decided to call the number back and I got a recorded message.  This lady sure has "balls".  Told me (on the message) that yes indeed she was making illegal (her words) calls to people about their credit cards and that maybe by the end of the year she'd be in jail.  All with as much of a sneer in her voice as she could muster up.  Hope this comes true for her as that's where she belongs.  Get a life lady!!!!

Jeremy ... says he represents Wells Fargo, VISA, DIscovery ... wants to lower my rate ... number has called about once a week for last month ... reporting to attorney general's office

This guy got $900 off of my grandmothers credit card. Do not give him ANY info whatsoever!

Cardmember services scammer.  It is a Nextel phone number, my solution is to use txt2day.com to send them a free text message.  You don't have to put in a return number so they don't know who sent the text, maybe if everyone keeps texting them it will cost them enough to have to change their phone number.  Tell them what you think of them!

I did not answer on my cell, but I called back on my work phone and heard this message: Hi you have reached 914-224-8950 and I am illegally calling people about a credit card thing. Go ahead and leave a message. And, hopefully I will be in jail by the end of the year!

I got a call from this number today for the first time, I called it back, it went to a voice mail box and a female voice said this:  I am making illegal calls from this number about credit cards, so go ahead and leave a message.  Maybe by this time next week I will be in jail"      This person is nuts! I'm blocking the number on my phone. Obviously the "Do Not Call" list doesn't work

I had same scenerio today. With any luck she will be in jail tonight!

I have rec'd this call when I was not at home, so I called it back and it stated that she was using a credit card to make these illegal calls and maybe by the end of the year she will be in jail. what the heck? this person called my house 3 times

got a call from this number and i tried calling it back, her answering machine said she is running a credit card scam and she hopes to be in jail by this time next year. i found the phone number carrier its from Whilte Plains, NY (Coretel communications inc.) and i cant get them to call me back. Cortel number is 1-866-744-3652

These usually seem to come in groups.
over several day's time.  I've had to quit
using my phone, for incoming calls, as I get
more unsolicited calls...95% of all of them...
from people who don't pay my bill...and use
my number to harrass me, to my way of thinking.
The phone company seems to be unable to do
anything.  I thought, at one time, there was a way
to hit a code# and have the calls intercepted, so
they didn't come thru.  Apparently, now, anyone
can use your phone, without your permission.

As soon as the caller hung up ( without leaving a message) I  blocked their number by dialing *60. I dialed *67 and blocked my number from showing and got a real dumb message stating they were going to jail by the end of the year

Same here, I asked to speak with the manager and he said "There is no call list" I tried to explain to him that I have been receiving the call for months and he told me "Give me your credit card number and we'll stop contacting you." Obviously I refused and he told me he'd be calling me tomorrow and the next day and so fourth. What a jack a**.

This said it was my last notice to lower my credit interest rate. It was an automated call. DO NOT PRESS 1. Just hang up. These calls are really getting on my nerves. I've gotten three today.

Robo call for credit card to lower rate. I pressed "1" and asked the caller's name and company name (per FTC regs they have to give me this info). She hung up immediately. Betting this will get me off their call list.
