Getting calls 2 or more times a day from 877-818-3248.  No messages, and no answer when I call back.  It needs to stop.  How do I make them go away?

This number calls, never leaving a message. Phone the number and immediately puts you on hold with a message "thank you for calling customer service. This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes. Thank you for holding. All of our customer service representatives are currently helping other customers. You're call is important to us. Please continue to hold for the next available representative."  Nobody ever comes onto the line and the automated message doesn't say what company the customer service is for.

I keep receiving this call at least once a day. No message no identification. Please stop calling. -_-
