It's a company called Accounts Receivable Solutions. They are bill collectors for the healthcare industry (i.e., hospitals, doctors, etc.).

someone at work received the same call from Connie..I think it is a bill collector

I got one from someone named Connie.  No details.  She just says she "really needs me to give her a call."  I don't get bill collection calls so I'm suspicious.
