I am also being stocked by these people..I am on my third one it is so upsetting to check your voice mail and hear these threats....this guy yesterday and today says his name is John Turner...he called 6 or 7 times in a 5 min period before leaving another nasty message saying this was my final notice! Is there something we can do... I have contacted FTC , my state Dept. Of Justice...the second time I call my local law enforcement and he solution was for him to call this guy where this guy actually had the officer convinced he might be real.." well he does have a lot of you information " he said...This is getting so old...

Folks don't fear these people they are trying to scare you into making you think you are in trouble just to get you to pay. They will not serve you with any papers cause it will cost them more than the actual pay day loan amount to do. They can't do anything but use scare tatics.

Supposedly I am being served tomorrow for owing BMG money from a past payday loan.  Once I get the papers, if there is an address/phone number on them I will give them to you.

I received a call from this group claiming I owe money on a BMG payday loan as well, and that I could settle before I got served, but once I get served I will have to go to court.  It is very possible that I do owe this BMG money, but after reading numerous posts about fraud I have decided to let them serve me the papers tomorrow, and I will go to court.  If I remember correctly, I took out a payday loan over the internet, and agreed to an amount taken out of my acct every 2 weeks, but when I tried to repay the balance to stop them from taking money out of my acct. I could not find them anywhere, and ended up closing my acct to stop them.  I'll keep you updated in whether they show up tomorrow to serve me.

Edward Barton left a message on my answering machine saying there had been charges filed against me and if I did not contact him he would be coming after me or going to my place of wrk to get me.  I am so tired of this.  This is not the first time but it was a different name and number last time.  There ought to be something that can be done to keep people from this harrassement.

I was told they were trying to find me for a criminal crime, Blah Blah , Blah and when I ask for a address, I was told that for security reasons they can't give out their address???? I ask for a copy of the claim, they couldn't provide it!!!  They said this was for a BMG payday loan?? I am looking for any information on addresses for Hunington and BMG payday loans so I can send a letter. Does anyone know of a mailing address?

I have no f-ing clue who this Ron Colemen guy is. but he called left this number with my grandmother who he scarred half to death. Then he left this number with my sister, her son , her boyfriend and her boyfriends sister. Then i got a call from my managers manager at my job about this guy!!!! he called my boss's boss at his home about me. I'm so scarred to call this guy Ron Colemen. he called me from a local number and when i called the number back i just get his voice mail... anyone know this guy...
