He made several mistakes.  One, they can't leave personal financial information on a voicemail without verifying you are the person for the intended message. An account number or claim number is considered personal information.  Now he's giving out that information to everyone he leaves that same voicemail.  

He can't claim to take legal action.  Some ex-cop that is now a PI is not a lawyer.  If it was a legit account that you owe - the only way to take legal action is to have a lawyer (licensed in your state) file a suit in your state. The court erquires proof you were served, so he has to send a copy of the suit to you via Certifeid Mail with return receipt.

Mark Fox left a LOUD and RUDE message for someone who doesn't live here. Warning the person they have 1 chance to resolve the matter BEFORE he makes a visit! Really! if this dude shows up at my house he might leave with a limp!
Stated that someone had fied charges and a claim against the guy. and to call this number back with a claim number. and then stated the guys name again and says You have been notified!

How can you "notify" someone of anything legal etc over a voicemail? What a snake... i bet he has no life

Mark Fox left a very rude message.  He is a private detective/collection guy/lawyer that works for different money loan agencies. The call back.number he left said they didn't know him.  Sounds like a real tool but he will keep after you.  He will call work or other family members. We resolved the matter for pennies on the dollar.
