I keep receiving phone calls from someone who says they are a process server and are going to serve me with paperwork for fraud from an online payday loan. They gave me this 877 number to call and give a claim number to. a 500.00 payday loan is now up to 1600.00. Trying to find out if this is a legitament company. Mr. White keeps calling saying he is the process server and is going to serve me with these documents

As I always do, I'll just call you out on that "Frank". If you got served then we can all assume that you're not too happy with these people..Right? So lets hear it. Put their legitimate address, 'phone number, jurisdiction, docket numbers..anything you can think of that may prove your statement. I really doubt you're going to reply. And if you do, you'll try to feed us double-talk and BS.
Yours is a ploy we've all seen on here a thousand times. A bogus debt collector making posts that he hopes will convince some fool he's legitimate. It doesn't work "Frank". Prove me wrong!

I took out a payday loan and these people found me... after i moved and changed my number..... then they served me paperwork at my job.

These people are all big time crooks.please don't pay them any mind, or else you will fall prey to them.

This guy called me from 646-351-0508 requesting that I call 877 834-3461 regarding a claim and lft me a message that I have officially been served. When I called his number it gave me a recording. I don't know what to but call the FTC again. I also got a Jeffery to.

I also just talked yo Jeffery lol and was told they were gonna have me arrested for fraud due to a online payday loan that I have not been able to pay back that I had to have a credit card that they could set up payment arrangements on. they reached me by going on my facebook and calling the people that I have had contact with to get me a message I cannot believe this company

Just got a call from a Jeffrey stating something about a docket number blah blah blah, then I called back and tried every choice the automation gave and Jeffrey answered every line! Lol!
