Call came into our Fax line which is monitored by our phone system.  Was sent to a general delivery mailbox.  Crystal Bailor at ext 3165 was looking for one of our employees.

Picked up call and recording says to please hold and someone will be with you shortly several times before hanging up.  Now this number is blocked.

I have been getting calls from this number and they leave a message from Crystal Bailor with ERS Company.  I never answer and never will.  Thankfully my phone has a feature that can automatically send caller's to voicemail.

Lets sue these guys!

Company called ERS called (Crystal Soloman) saying my mother put me down as a reference.  I asked them if it was about debt collection.  She blatantly lied to me and asked me to have my mother call her.  It IS ILLEGAL to call family members of people owing debt.  Our phone has been ringing quite a lot lately.  Seems debt collectors don't care about following the law.....SHOCKER!  I can picture Debt collectors and the IRS hanging out together comparing notes.

Caller said hello , is this Lisa, I said yes. She said that my mother Barbara used me as a reference, and that she was attempting to get in touch with my mother. She said the number my mother gave her[ which wasn't her number]had been disconnected. She asked me for my mothers number, I told her no. I asked her for her number so i could have my mother call her back. I then asked her what my mother used me as a reference for. She replied she couldn't tell me. After contacting my mother, she told me she had not used me as a reference for anything.

This guy, "Doug" called asked if was ****** residence, I said yes he said I assume this is *****, I told him you assumed wrong.  He went on to ask if I knew a CINDY WADE who lived 4 houses down on the opposite side of the street.  Told  him no. He goes on to say "well I need to get a message to her"  I DON'T KNOW HER I hung up Is this a collection tactic call and irriate the neighbors?  Isn't that illegal?
