They say they are from ssi and they are lawyers to help get your money, but do not believe them.

not to mention i worked for a pay day loan company. they dont go after people for bad checks because they would be spending more money down at the court house filing these papers then they will ever see from the people who wrote them.

They have been calling me too. and calling my father whos in another state, telling him that my license will be taken away. i contacted them and asked for a letter to show what i owe and all the details and i never got one. i just tried calling them back and is goes right to a voice mail saying that extension 100 is unavailable. it never rang  and i never put in an extension number.

Sergio you might be the one working for them due to DCS is not untouchable. If they had so much knowledge they would know the FDCPA law. Which they failed on 2 things with me. 1. Don't call my home more than 3 times and only once if you spoke with me. 2. Do not disclose any of my personal information. 3. And don't threaten that you have my account info and would use it. Jokes on them due to that account has been closed and now they mad. Know the law before you bring it this way.

I received several phone calls from them and even set up a payment arrangement. I made one payment and they are steadily harrasing me due to me not making the other payments. I spoke with whomever at DCS Firm and when he called he told my boyfriend who answered the phone what the call was in reference to. Not knowing everytime we answer from strange numbers we always record them now DCS will be hearing from my lawyer. The customer service associate as well as their so called supervisor's  also cursed me out and hung up the phone. Then had the nerve to call back from their number and hang up 2 more times. Really and they actually think now they would get a payment from me being so UNPROFESSIONAL. Can we say LAWSUIT. DCS are not untouchable. Know that. Allen d. is the supervisor who cursed andhung on me.

I'm getting phone call's from this DCS firm and i'm not sure if there scaming ppl or what but i'm not falling for it and i hear that there NOT with BBB !!

What dose BBB mean? Cuz they keep calling me and telling me i need to take of a payday loan that happen about yr or so ago!! should worry about it or just let it go.. cuz i don't work soo they cant nothing out of me LOL..

DCS Firm said something about a claim and a judgement attached to state drivers license.. attmpt defraud fin institution said me or my attrny shld contact them...blahblah blah and goodluck im sure its a payday loan bill collector.

the dcs firm handles possible fraudlent activity linked to your social security number and also linked to your drivers licsense. they actually can help you out!

Left message DCS Firm and mentioned something about a claim and attached to state drivers license.  Called the number repeatedly and never got an answer they wanted you to leave a message, which I did not do.
