I received a post letter with the same info wanting me to call them.  I called my Comcast and they said there was no problem with my phone. I have free long distance.

They have been calling us for the past couple of months. They are scammers who will do anything to get money from us. I would love to see them shut down. If you have gotten any calls saying they're "comcast" or "you have a virus on your computer" that's the same people.

Received the same "Comcast" call today - "concerning your digital phone security".  Sounds fishy so I will not respond.  I will report it to their office later.  Thanks for previous posts.

Same here - they have been calling us for the past few weeks and going as far to leave messages. Comcast has no idea who they are. My husband just tried calling from his work phone to speak with someone but they claimed he had to verify from our home phone number. If anyone has more info about this, please update here. Can we get these guys shut down?
