All of the above. Didn't notice until a couple of days ago. AmEx has removed the charge and calling the company seems to have allowed me to cancel, but, yep - I got taken for a while, too. Extremely annoying and underhanded.

I'm also victim of scam by "Easy Saver".  I happened to check my wife's credit card bill and noticed they have been charging her $14.95 every month since 03/2013 and on and off since at least 2010.  I know I should have checked sooner but it wasn't my account so I assumed she was checking.  She ordered flowers from proflowers couple times over the years but NEVER signed up for anything. I noticed in the beginning they were charging her card once every few months but starting
03/2013, card was charged every month.  They probably figured she was easy target to scam since prior charges went uncontested.  I have since changed alert setting on her cards and canceled paperless billing. Lesson learned..
If you ever dealt with pro flowers, make sure you check your CC statement so this doesn't happen to you.

I told him I was contesting the pending charge.  He immediately said he would cancel the charge and dis enroll me from "easy saver" which I never enrolled in the first place. Look out for these people.  I wonder how many millions they have gotten from folks who never check on small amounts if $$$ coming out of their accounts.

i had that happen about a yr or 2 ago and i never ordered from proflowers.  had to call and cancel my membership and get a refund

Been debiting 17 dollars from my account for months. I don't know who they are or how they got my info.

Apparantly it is related to ProFlowers like everyone has said....simply call them and ask to cancel your account & for a refund and they will gladly give it to you...!

I ordered flowers a month ago for my best friends law graduation and now I recieved a charge on my card for 14.95 from "easy savers" I never authorized this. My bank is sending me a new card and looking into the claim...I will also be calling easy savers tomorrow to give them a piece of my mind. I will never order flowers from ProFlowers AGAIN. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE they would allow their customers to be mislead.

Turns out this company has something to do with shareware over the net. DON'T pay for any shareware that uses Easy Saver, they will take out $14.95 a month til you cancel it... check your bank and credit card statements.........NOW

Just noticed a charge on my bank account for $14.95 from the same number and company.  No authorization was given to them whatsoever.  I've never heard of such a company.  My bank is currently investigating this.  My bank also stated that they have gotten several other cases from the same company with a wide range of charges from them.  If this keeps happening, why isn't anything being done to stop these people!!!

I had two charges.  I called them and they claim they are going to cancel the membership and reverse the charges.  stupid people.

Easy Saver 877-844-9554.  They are affiliated with ProFlowers.  Have taken $14.95 out of bank account monthly.  Called Easy Saver, asked them to credit, they said "okay", guess what, next month they debited $77.00!
Called the bank and cancelled my card, bank had many other complaints, said that when I ordered from ProFlowers and gave my card number for billing it is legal because I gave them my information.  Legal for easy saver to keep taking monthly amounts from my account I DON'T THINK SO.  What a hassle!  Never order from ProFlowers again...bank said other companies are also involved in this cheating scam

This turn out to be also affiliated with Proflowers. What a scam. Bank also told me was my own falt because i ordered flowers with my card. Proflowers did say they would refund my money but will take up to 2 months to get it back. Will never us this company again and have reported them to BBB.

DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS by clicking on the link at the end of an order you are isntantly enrolled in this and then they just starting taking money. They said that by clicking on the link you authorise them to do this. No where does it say you are authorising them to take money it is a complete scam. Call the company and cancel the charges and call your bank and report this as fraud.

I just noticed that this company has taken out $14.95 out of my account and  there is another $14.95 payment pending.  I don't know how they got my account information and I have never given them authorization to do so.  Unfortunately, the bank cannot do anything about pending payments so this will also be taken out of my account without my approval.  I had to cancel my card and will file a claim through my bank who will credit my account.  I also think it's from checking out of a purchase online but I don't know which website yet.

This company tried to charge my check card 14.50.  My bank caught it and denied the charge.  I've canceled my card and am being issued a new one. I've also used Pro Flowers in the past.  I don't think I'll use them again.

i just saw a fee pending from this number too.  I was only LOOKING at items from the Fruit company today and didn't put any credit card info in.  How did they get my card information??  This sucks.  I can't do anything about it till tomorrow b/c it's still pending, but it freaked me out and I put the # in google search and found this site.

This company took money out of my account without my permission!!!! REPORT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! Never gave them my account number, I have no idea how they were able to access my credit card info.

This company took $19.80 from my account.  The only info that I have is Easy Saver with a phone # 877-844-9554.  I don't know who they are and how they are able to debit accounts like this but it should be against the law.  I NEVER GAVE THEM AUTHORIZATION TO DO THIS.

This company is taking money from my account, also.  Call your bank.  They will give you a toll free number to call to 'dispute' this and the charges can be reversed. Also, get yourself a new debit card or credit card and destroy the old one.
