call my daught phone first telling her to have me call her and if i dont they will have papers served at my job by the sherrif and I called asking why and how they got my daughter nbr and why diidn't they call me. she told me when i called about a paydayloan that was in feb 2011, and i got served by the phone.  Is this a legal summons? Can they tell someone else your private info? The company owed as Vesta Holdings and a company called BMG payday loans.

Just got a call from a Joyce Taylor from the same company.  National processing and summons about some checks...does anyone know if this is for real..Like the person before me there is nothing on the internet.

These ppl are full of s***. I talked to these ppl and they claim I worked at a certain company, which I have never heard of in my life. Then claim I had a bank account with a certain bank, which I never had. Then When I asked to get a copy of the bank records and loan papers I "open" she got mad and hung up on me. WTF?????

its a recovery firm pull it up they can serve you wit legal papers at work if the collection agency doesnt find you.
