Igot a call today from jenifer smith thay wanted me to go to walmart and get a money pack non visa or master card and send them $445.39 today or go to jail tommrow . so Ireported them to the FBIs IC3 and call my local law enforcement. The FBI already know about but thay need to stop i t  asap.
thay even gave me a fake law firm that Icalled and thay have already called the FBI them self.

I received a call from a person of Jack Thomas call my job.  Which personal  calls are not allowed, claimed to work for a lawyer. He refused to give me the name of the law office or address.  He also refused to send documentations stating who I am supposedly in debt to.  He further stated if  I do not send money on a pre paid card that I would be arrested on my job and they will have me fired.     this is the fax number they wanted me to sen information to 1 866 463 1803 to call them with the numer of a prepaid card that they will activate

Are these Al Quida trying to have us finance their terrorism against out own country? I'd like to "payday" their loan.

Ive been gettin the same annoying calls threaten to throw me an my gf in jail for 3months. If i didnt pay them. The call me from my work number an police department number an the called me from emegancy number want there money. An the told me that i got scam that my money didnt go to cashland like the bank said it did. The people that keep callin said it went to cash america.

yes i agree, they have everything, they called me today at work was very rude and threatening me... they knew my SS# and my drivers license #!!! wtf...

they have threatened us for year now block thier callls , and called local authorities. still get calls they call my husband work threatening his employer with inteferring. they change number and names. they need to be stopped . i filed complaints with all legal agencies. was told to not send money they are a scam. they get info from if you filled anyhting out on a payday loan. nthen try to make you pay with idle threats. i just call and yell at them to take my frustration out on them for a change. they actually said we found you you will lose everything , and i didnt even know i was lost. very annoying . wish i could zapp them when they call.

An Officer Joseph Garner, very heavy accent, from the Missouri Legal District Office (he said) contacted our company requesting to speak to an employee who was in legal trouble which would ultimately involve ours.  I took the information and spoke to the employee who indicated she wasn't in any legal trouble.  This person was very rude, threatening, and demanding.  The phone number that shown on our caller ID.  I didn't get the whole number but the area code was 210.

I got a call yesterday just like the ones you all have described. They started out with threats and a list of charges for not paying some loan that I never took out with U.S. Cash Advance. I kept getting disconnected and they would call right back. Always a foreign probably Arabic accent but names were Daniel Smith, Robert Davis, and Officer Frank Hudson. I was told to go to my nearest Walmart and buy a money pak for $511 and not to wait to get home to call them. I was to use a pay phone and call them immediately with the money pak #. Next I was to go home and fax a letter that they read to me for me to write word for word changing their name to "The Company". In the letter I was to give them parts of my social security # and to swear never to dispute the matter in present or future. I was to sign it and include a photo ID. They asked for a drivers license in particular. They asked how quick could I get to Walmart. I told them that my nearest Walmart was about 30 minutes but it would be a little longer because I needed to stop by the police dept. to check this out. They went ballistic. Started swearing and saying there was no reason to go to the police. While I was at the police station they called another 14 times. They have already started calling this morning just as mad and threatening as ever. Please everybody beware of these crooks. Call your local law enforcement and let's get this trash taken out.

i received a call from 877-849-8736!!! the man was very rude and threatened to have someone come to my work and serve me with papers but i have received no money from whoever keeps making these calls i just want to be left alone

This number called me today and i havent heard anything from these ching chogs in atleast 4 to 5 months.. he said his name was dan stien and he said he never heard back from him.. well duh im not calling him back. i told him i was on my work phone and i couldnt talk then hung up, 5 secongs later he called me back saying call me tomorrow i told him i didnt know if i could because i had to work but he got hateful with me and said is that a yes or no and i told him i said that was an i dont know because i would be at work. i hated making a scene infront of my customers but it had to be done. the craziest thing was when i said something i could hear myself repeating it back. my manager even noticed it.

Received all from this no. @ work. In msg gave my name and said to call this no. right away. Gave name but couldn't undestand what he said was a very heavy Indian/Pakistan accent.  Said if didn't call feel sorry for me --- then yawned.  I could lots of voices in background.  Then gave me no. to call and said if didn't call would be sorry and then he said good luck and hung up.  Have no idea what he wanted, what company he was with or if he represented another company.  All I know is I don't owe anybody.  Not sure what I sould do about this.  Any suggestions?

Harrassing place of employment by repeatedly calling even when told to STOP!  Asking questions such as "What are the plans for tonight?", and "What is your cell phone number?"  Making statements such as, "I really like you!"  Was told multiple times that they were calling a place of employment and were asked to stop.  Continued to call until we stopped answering the phone.

I just received a call at work from this number and a Brad Nelson and was threatened and told i was going to jail etc...  Damned scam artists should  all be shipped to git moe and left there for ever!!

Caller threatened "legal consequences" if I did not call back.  Said his name was Harry Peterson (with an Indian/Pakistani type accent) and that he was calling from "a lawyer's office."  I am sick of these people calling isn't there anyone who can stop them?

I got two messages from them today. When I called them, they were trying to obtain more information from me. This is ridiculous.

I just received this same call from a woman with an indian/pakistani accent. Said legal complaint was being filed against my SSN. If I did not pay, they will have thrown in jail. My wife had this same call last week and they claimed they were with the District Attorney's office. I called the DA and local law enforcement and they told me this is a scam. Gave a case number 139332 which does not match the offical case numbers and I was told the real officer would leave a name and badge number along with a local phone number, not an out of state toll free number. Crazy thing is they had our SSN! Scary!

This number has been harrassing our business for months.  They threaten us.  I called it into the local police.  When we asked what company this person works for they couldn't tell us.  It sounds like an Arab male who frequently changes his name when they call.  They used up all of our lines calling our business for over 30 minutes.  They even threatened to arrest one of my employees at my job.  The higher up managers, told them to stop calling.  They continue to disobey.  When I said I was notifiying the police they screamed at me and demanded to talk to my employee saying that they know she is there. They people need to be stopped!

Block your number and start calling them. They will begin to cuss at you and yell and scream. I call them repeatedly. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT BE SCARED!!!!! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!! It is all scare tactics!!

called from this no. leave me massage they working in lawyer firm that i own money or sued by payday loan . i do have pay day loan but is paid. i got call from different no.  same thing same voice indian accent  different name . treting to court if dont pay

Got a call from Ben Johnson as well he said that if I didn't pay the so called pay day loan that I would end up paying the courts $10,000. When I asked for written documentation proving the loan he said that it was sent to my home address via certified mail. I said send me the card with my signature, he said he didn't have to because I have to take his word for it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They also called my employer.

Someone called from (877)849-8736 and said that I had a pay day loan that was going before a court but if I wanted to take care of it now I could. Otherwise, it would cost my $10,000 and my job. I asked for information regarding the loan and he stated that it was mailed to my home address and signed for by me. When I asked for copies of this information, I was told that his word was good enough. Total scam. They even called my employer but received no information from them. I will be very careful about sites that say they are secure.

Just got a phone call threatening me and legal action action against my social security number

I just went through the same thing. This "raymond Scott" called my work, called my Boss a Liar and a Bi***. hey called 47 times in a row. I went outside and called from my cell phone the number 877-849-8736 and I asked for this Raymond Scott and they then acted like they didnt know who he was. I talked to a John and he said that I must go to the Walmart and send a Moneypak?? and call them with the 14 code. They wanted $300.00 today and the rest Friday. The rest meaning like 2K. I asked them to give me information on what I owe, Send me something he said he couldnt until I paid the money through money pak walmart (never even heard of money pak)  - I asked them to stop calling my work, he told me that if I didnt send the money that I would be putting my family in harms way, He said that they work with terroist and he will make sure I am going to die.

I received a call at work from this number and they have a lot of informatin about me, SSN, addresss, etc. It's very scary. They are claiming that I owe money on a pay day loan. This information is false but how to they have so much personal information on me? I'm so scared. How do I make them stop calling my job?

I got a call today I do not have any pay day loan I only receive disabity and I can not get no payday loans because it is not enough money to pay back any so I do not have any loans neither did i get any If this is a scam why cant the government stop them

Same thing.  Says his name is Frank Hudson and officer Ben Johnson.  Calling my place of employment and my phone about 10 times a day.  Wants me to go to walmart and get a prepaid visa card and call him back with numbers or I will be arrested within the hours.  Says he cannot be responsible for what may happen to me.  Big Scammers and they have no fear of anything you tell them because they cannot be found.
