Call came in at 3:03pm on 11/16/07.  Recorded female voice said: "You have a collect call from the Albany Police Department."  I said: "I will not accept the call" and I hung up.  Caller ID readout displayed the number 8778527373 and the words "NOT AVAILABLE".
