NCW, Inc has called our home phone at least 20 times asking for a person who does not / has never lived here.  We do not even know this person that NCW, Inc is looking for.
I called NCW, Inc back on a cell phone (NOT the home phone).  If you are in the same situation, do NOT call them back on the same line because that gives them legal reason to call that number.  I told them to remove our home phone number.  The person who answered the phone said that the account (for a person we have never heard of before) was inactive and she did not even know why they were calling.

These people just called me about my property claiming that someone else's name was attached to the property and an investigation was pending. What is the world could they be seeking by using this kind of information?

these people called my mother's house claiming to be from the social security fraud center and i've never recieved s.s.i.in my lifetime.They will say anything,so please beware!!!!!!!!

ncw was very helpful when they called.  ive been avoiding calling about my debt because i havent paid in so long and i was worried.  they gave me a reasonable payment plan i could afford and were very courteous to my situation...

I got a call from them trying to collect a debt I payed last december and they are telling me they have filled a lawsuit with the DA office. Are they legit?

These people of are the worst ilk.  They are not legal and they are being filed against by many other people.  They have many judgements against them that they HAVEN'T paid.....do not let these deadbeats brow beat you into anything.  File with the FTC BBB and the NY Attorney Generals Office

It's NCW, trying to collect on bogus debt.  they may be legitimate, but the keep calling asking for a person with the same name but the last 4 of the SSN is incorrect.  Don't give them information.  I've called them repeatedly telling them they have the wrong person.  Now I am checking into legal action.
