This number is listed as Microsoft help number.  They answer the call as if they are at Microsoft.  They try to sell a program because you have been hacked.  They remotely access your computer.

THE # belongs to LIVE PC CONNECT with unknown origin. One of the hundreds of companies connected to alldaytachsupport.com.
Some say this company scamming people. So far they fixed my computer for $250.00 and working fine.
My concern is; what did they stollen from me?

My sons router called  D LINK needed to be activated on our new computer.  He was not sure of the password.  I googled D LINK and called the number.  The guy had a strong accent ... reassured me he could help.  said he needed access to my computer.  When he came into computer he said there was  Hackers attached to my internet and for 179 dollars, he could download Windows HackerBlocker program and could ONLY THEN... fix the Router.   I offered to go to computer store to pick up the program and call him after it was downloaded.  He said he had to do it from his location... that I could not do the installation.  I got his callback number of 1-877-861-3759 and ended call.  I called my service provider Rogers Cable and they cleaned out the file for access that he used, set up the router with new password and got it up and running and protected my computer.  IT SEEMS THAT THE PERSON I CALLED WAS A SCAM.  MY PROVIDER CONFIRMED THAT THERE WERE NO HACKERS ON MY INTERNET CONNECTION OR MY NEW COMPUTER.

These people are being investigated by the FBI...they call and tell you you need to call this number and they will call OFF the arrest and to pre arrange another destination for them to serve you papers from BCM, a co that hired them...
