calling me telling me that i wrote a bad check, then saying that i got a pay day loan and never paid it now i could pay 700 or they would take me to court. trying to say a friend used my info to get the loan and i should pay them first then take her to court and have her pay me back. 1) Called my friend she said That was a lie...(we are very close) 2) they will not give me thier address 3) They will not give me the information about the money owed 4) they will not fax me the information of the PAY DAY loan company 5) when asked to speak with the manager JOHN PARKS was in a staff meeting. BENJAMIN COLLINS is the gentleman that keeps calling me. he threatened me saying that i would have to go to court. id rather take this to court the lose my money.
