i have called them back six times this morning.... they are soo frustrated.. its funny cause you call me ill call you..... when people have money trouble...they are not bad people... i urge everyone to call them as many times as possible.. and be rude.. misrepresent yourself its time to rise up...

This number keeps calling me and identifies itself as GOV Law Firm and asks to talk to me or my attorney. I believe it is connected to the Law Offices of James C. Ferguson in Palm Desert, CA. I have no connection with Real Estate Development and why these people all calling and hounding me every day, I do not know. They do not honor me by telling me why they need to call or what they want but they are intimidating me and I want it to stop!

even if they paid it, your company would just sell the debt to another agency and that agency would make them prove they paid it and when they do prove they paid it, it will be sold to another agency.....now why don't you use your pathetic collection skills at real agency instead of a fly by night company that keeps changes its name like a criminal or something

they probably have a deal with an attorney to use his name and / or letterhead but who knows if that is even true since they change the name so often but if they are really lawyers they will put there intentions in writing so again I SUGGEST EVERYBODY SEND THEM CEASE AND DESIST LETTERS

Yea well ur company needs to invest in a better skiptracing tool and hire better personnel because harrassment of family members / debtors can cost ur company more than it's worth.....why does your company pretend to be a law firm when they are debt collectors....why don't they use the FOTI message identifying themselves as debt collectors.....before you give others advice, drop a note in your company's suggestion box and be a real collector and get the paid the "legal" way...FOR ALL THE PEOPLE GETTING HARRASSING CALLS, TAKE A MOMENT TO SEND THEM A CEASE AND DESIST LETTER.......see if they will put their threats in writing (i bet the won't)

There allowed to call as long as they don't leave a message they can call back.. they but there debt so legally they can pursue you in court.. why don't you dead beats just pay your f****ng bills and you'd have nothing to worry about.. its a pay day loan company and you guys write bad checks to receive these loans so yea it can be pursued in your state as check fraud or defrauding a lending instition.. just pick up the call n pay your bills.. you guys are f****ng dead beat debtors!

The same bradley richards and assoicates people called me. I did my homework and yes its a scam. They called me to pay a debt. I told them I didn't have a bank account and they told me to buy a prepaid visa card, lol. I am kinda young so I did, I made one payment. Luckily they gave me my money back on "accident" but do not give them anything. Money or info.

This is B.S. and you know it, I'm getting calls from this number and its a recording (which is ILLEGAL). If this was from a true bill collector, an actual person would be on the line when they call.  Secondly, when I get the message on my phone, they don't even ask for me but when they get to the name, it is some garbled mess that is unintelligbile.  I guess I'm supposed to call them back so they can ask me my name or get it off a caller ID.

I received a phone-call from these people today. The message was muffled so I had to do a few things to get a clearer message. It said it was calling from Bradley and Associates. They were looking for my sister. I guess they feel people aren't smart enough to look their phone number or company up. Thank goodness for the world wide web. I came to this site before I decided to call them back and thanks to you all I knew what I was walking into. The rep I spoke to actually didn't say too much. I think he heard the hostility in my voice and probably didn't want to deal with me. I told him I didn't know who she was. Hopefully I won't get a call back from them. If they do that's too bad for them because I'm going at whomever it is 100 miles per hour as If I have no common sense at all. Stop calling my phone. It's not my fault you gave her something and she doesn't pay you back. Use all that bail out money your greedy tail misused.

I'm getting the same kind of phone calls they would call an leave a message. Then they call from an 800 number, a blocked number, and now an 716 saying I need to call them or have my lawyer call them before they send some file to court. They even called my ex husband and we been divorced for 8 years and I don't even know how they got his number. They are really getting on my nerves I'm going to change my number

Well they just called me today talking about crap that took place in 2007. They wanted me to give them credit card info, and I told them to tell me the name of the company, their name, phone #, and where they are located.  Before I give anybody that kind of info I do my research. And look what I find.  It's safe to say I'm not paying a dime.

I like how Shannon, apparently an advocate for Bradley Richards & Associates, does not respond to your very detailed and fact providing posts. I guess you can't argue with the truth. Thank you for your knowleadgable posts. I've spoken with them several times and they WILL NOT admit to being a law firm over the phone. They completely ignore the question and use titles such as "legal assistant", "director of operations", or "processing server". It is apparent that they prey on the weak and uneducated. I told them I am more than willing to see them in court and I will be waiting on the legal documents requesting my appearance. I have not heard from then since.

This supposed law firm called my family member the other day saying I was in litigation over something. I called them and they were nasty as hell to me. Fortunately I know my debters rights. The gem of the matter is that this debt isn't even mine. I have been dealing with a family member that has stolen my identity and tarnished my credit for 10 years. After I offered to send over all the documentation, he told me they don't care if it was fraud. I told him to contact my lawyer and he scoffed at me because my lawyer is a family member. He then proceeded to call me a liar and talk over me and then HE hung up! Unbelievable! As I continually try to clean up my credit it amazes me how there is little recourse for the victims of identity theft and I am treated like a thief. I will tell you one thing. They messed with the wrong person. Do not deal with these people without recording the phone call!

Some guy(John?) calls me and my mothers house (where i have not lived in 5 years) he gave out my name, dob, ssn, address and all without her even asking for it! all she did was say this is her mom! now he wants me to send a moneygram to them...You can stop harassing me and my mom if u try to take me to court I will sue u for giving out my personal info!!!

Shannon-you obviously work for this group or know someone who does. . .maybe you should take the time to grow a consience rather than sending ignorant responses to people venting about what you're doing to them.  This site is for people who are trying to get you to stop, not for you to further harrass them.

Shannon, please read this carefully.  I came to this site because once again I am getting call that are ". . . an attempt to collect a bill . . ."  This started three years ago when I moved to a new residence and attained a new telephone number.  Several collection agencies declared they I did not then, do not now, nor at any time in-between have bills in arrears.  The person(s) they seek is(are) not me.  I have responded in the past to these calls explaining that I am not the person.  I know of no company that stopped calling me no matter how far up the managerial chain I went.  I was FURIOUS.  Then suddenly, after some new telephone laws were passed I have lived in peace now for about one and one-half years.  I am simply going to keep letting these people call and call and call and leave messages on the answering machine where they can easily be deleted.  I WILL NOT take the onus of fixing the problem--I am neither the cause nor the cure.  The people calling me are one-hundred percent responsible.  I really don't care that they did not ". . .pull the number out of the air. . ."  because they are barking up the wrong tree in the wrong forest on the wrong planet.   If they can't keep their records straight then someday someone will come along and do it for them--and it is going to hurt bad!  Anyone having others do their work for them gets the outcome they deserve.  It's never right.

they r calling because either you owe money or someone you know does very rarely do we pick phone numbers out of the sky if we had ur number its bedcause we got word that this was a good number or the actual consumer listed it as a good contact get mad at them instead of us

Screw them they have called my mothers house 4 times looking for me talking bout they have my social and this and that i just found out about it today and i am calling my attorneys in the morning and suing them for harassment
