Constant auto-dialling from 877-866 numbers, morning, noon and night.

I finally got a cell phone and gave the number to my friends and family and no longer answer my land line because of bs like this.

They call our business line every day, always silence on the other end.  I had 8 hang up messages this morning, they called last evening 8 times, 10 minutes apart.  I have called them & requested them to stop calling and remove our number from their database....
Not sure what the point is - don't seem to be selling anything - are they just in business to annoy people????

this number called our home today...long pause, lots of background noise. Then a voice that said they'd have to call back later.

received a call tonight,, answered, long pause, then what sound like a kid came on the line selling subscriptions to a local newspaper I was receiving but cancelled last year

These calls are coming from a Call Centre in Kanata, Ontario.  Osprey News is trying to get you to take out subscriptions with them.  Got a call the other week asking if I wanted to renew my subscription with the Sun Times and I said no.  Since then I have got 2 more calls on 2 different days (2 days apart) and no one on other end.  Called the Sun Times and asked to be taken off of ALL of their lists - I have already filed a complaint with the Do Not Call List and newspaper companies can phone regarding subscriptions but if they do do comply with my request to remove my name from ALL of their lists after 31 days, they could be penalized.  Mark down the day you requested to be removed from ALL of their lists on a calendar and phone your local Osprey related newspaper and COMPLAIN to them about these calls with no one at the other end!  
Also, be warned of calls from 1-250-412-8815!  A real scam to lower your credit card charges when all they want is your credit card # so they can put charges on it - keep complaining to Do Not Call List when you get these calls or any other type calls  - the more calls they get from you,  the more chance to stop these types of calls.

I receive calls from this phone number 877-866-9272 as well. On NUMEROUS occasions. I called them back today . For a business they are very unprofessional. They answer the phone with just saying hello no mention of their business name. I asked who I was calling and it was  Pembrook newspaper. I asked why I was receiving calls from this number and she said she didn't know that my number comes up as invalid? I asked her if they sell subscriptions and she said yes. I asked her if they had a calling list in which I could take my number off of it. She said yes I have already done that. How could she have possibly done that when she told me my number came up as invalid? These types of calls are VERY ANNOYING. At least I now have a rcord of my phone call and conversation with these people. If I continue to receive any more calls from them I will repeatedly report them for not complying with my request.

I find this very interesting and ver suspicious.  After many calls from this number, followed by hang ups, and attempts to call this number myself, I was finally able to get through.  This was not a newspaper but Diabetic Supply wanting to give me a free glucose meter.  I asked them to remove my number.  Because of conflicting reports on who is calling I think I will call the attorney generals office and report this number.

We rec'd 10 calls from the above no. in less than one hour, there was no one wishing to speak to us, I called the local sheriff office as to us, this is harrassment.

got 8 calls today, and voices on the other end, but no one will answer. Got 15 calls over the last week also.

these people call 6 to 14 times in one day up until 1130 at night and starting at 730 in the morning 7 days a week.its gotten to the point they call every half hour, why!

I know what the number is really from.. it is known as the diabetic resource group... it not even 3pm yet and they have called 8 times today. dont know if i can count that as harassment or anything tho but im really getting tired of it and i am on the verge of calling them back and telling them off like no one has ever done before. -_-;

These people call every hour on the hour and sometimes when I don't answer, they call back 1minute later!! For three months I've been fighting with this diabetic resource group. They even changed their number to "Edwards, T" with the # 623-444-5871. Same people. And they know my voice, cell phone and home number. Ten times a day from both numbers AND I LIVE IN ALASKA!! How can I get this to stop!! They claim I'm taken off the call list every single time but then they call back. This is harassment, no?? Again now they answer, no supervisor no CEO available? No greeting when someone answers, apparently they're in Kansas! When I ask him what he wanted he hung up on me. Call back, no response just leave a message.

They call repeatedly more than once per hour even though we told them we are not interested.  We would never buy anything from them anyway!

I got that same call a few moments ago so I call it back and it turns out to be "The Diabetic Resource Group" gets annoying cause it not even 3pm yet and they have called 6 times today..... -_-;

Stop calling!!  It's annoying, especially when no one answers.  Three to four calls a day, sometimes more.

1-877-866-9272 continues to call several (many) times a day and no answer.  Please destroy this number from calling me and anyone else!  Also, have them arrested for harrassment.

They wanted to offer me a free blood sugar monitor. When I asked why they were calling me they said "Aren't you diabetic?"  I said no, but how did they get this information and they hung up.

Same here!  When I answered they hungup!

I don't recognize this number and it came to my cell phone.  Four people have that number. Who is this?

This number calls 2-3 times a day. When I answer I get a disconnect.

This number calls several times a  day with "800 services" along with this number on the caller ID. They don't say anything or leave a message. I can only assume they are recording times of day when number gets answered or doesn't get answered. I wonder if the Call trace feature on my phone service still works?

I consider a call that remains silent when given the courtesy of answered, then it is a prank call, like what we did when we were kids before caller ID was even heard of.

At least 2 calls a day for past 5-7 days.  When answer the line is dead.  When called number back wouldn't even ring.  Getting sooooo tired of this.  Sounds like those who have tried to stop the calls, not many have had luck getting a human on the other end of the line.  Is there nothing we can really do about this??

Received hang up call just a dinner. Tried to call back but call did not go thru.

I have received several calls from this number.  When I answer I get a disconnect.  I have tried several times to call this number back and get a rapid busy signal sound or no sound at all.
