Be wary of any phone calls from Avexion Financial Services, Julie Ford or Justin Francis.  Justin is a private lender out of Aurora, Ontario. He uses Avexion as a front, and his loan officer is Julie Francis.  Don't go anywhere near these thieves.  They call from 800-987-5469, but the phone # looks like 877-000-0000 when it comes in.  Run the other way!!

I fell for this, just this past week ( july 7) I am a single mother, with bad credit, so when they called, after I have been endlessly filling out applications to get a personal loan to help me... I was thrilled 10k.... they promised me. They said because of the credit rating that i would have to pay 4 mths of payment, and then some insuraunce on it. So I did.. All this time, my hopes were, I can finally get ahead with bills, and dr. appts and everything else. Chris Hancock from premier nationwide lenders, said it was all great. Ryan Purrier ( http://privatelendersindex.com/lender/team.html) ... another person to be weary of.

I can not believe they get away with this, why the FBI... or US FRAUD helping citizens who are being taken by these scum bags... Now I have no money in my acct... none, zilch.... they took it all.. and me and my son, are going to have to make due with 40 dollars for two weeks... (lovely)

Heart broken and sick with disgust...

Sadly, we actually fell for their scam and they stole our money!  Please do make your reports.  We thought we had done our research well, it happened June 24-25.  They have stolen from others as well and quite amazingly, their fake website at www.premiernationlending.com is still up and running.  The person who contacted us said she is a loan officer by the name of Susan Clark.  What horrible people.

this is called an ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAM

THERE IS NO LOAN - the intent is to STEAL your money only.  They will keep telling you that have to send more money to get the loan until you finally give up and demand a refund. - they then disappear.

Here are 2 articles on the Federal Trade Commission Website that explains how this SCAM works and how to AVOID it

I received a call from this number from somebody claiming to be a Tiffany Henderson. She explained to me that I qualified for a bad credit repair loan of $10,000. She then told me because of credit reasons, I had to put security down on the loan BEFORE I received it. The two options were: pay ahead 4 months worth of payment, or buy their so-called insurance policy. I told her I needed time to think and she was happy to oblige. After a lot of research, I came to the conclusion that this is indeed a scam. It is illegal to ask for money to secure a loan over the phone, ILLEGAL!!! She was very polite and seemed sincere, but don't fall for the lies. If you can't get approved for a loan from other financial lenders, don't believe that anybody can get you automatically approved. She claimed to be from Premier Nationwide Lending which is actually a mortgage lender in Texas and I am from Colorado. I hope this will help aid in putting these people away.
