calls me and everybody in my family stating I owe for a debt in a state I never lived in. The say that they have a court summons and they are going to sue me.  I just want to know who it is.  I figure if they had that much skip trace ability, they would have sent me a debt validation letter when i asked for it.  They don't want to give proof of the debt, they leave harrassing phone messages on all my contacts numbers (which they skipped traced), and they call my job after I told them not to.  Does anyone know
