Got 2 calls from this number today, first from a female then from Matt at George Morton's office.  Wanted to speak to the owner to set up a business meeting.  They don't like it much when I ask questions regarding what the meeting is about or what type of business George Morton's office is involved in.

Received a call from Ashley w/Brett Tuerden @ HCMM 877-877-7432 is the number she left as a call back and her extension is 316. Wanted to set up a meeting for next week when he will be in town (ask for the owner by first name only). I asked what it was in regards to she said Business Solutions. I told her that I set up ALL of his meetings and there are not any potential or otherwise meetings set up with this person or company.  I told her that I would give him the information and if he was interested we would call back and set up a meeting. If there is no call back we are not interested. This is the second call of this sort.  THE MESSAGE WENT INTO THE TRASH.

Just got a call today.  I informed them that the owner of the company does not work in the office, which just so happens to be the truth.  She asked if there was another owner who worked in the office, I said no.  This seemed to stump her.  She said I'll call right back and hung up.  Haven't heard from her since.

Give me a break. Do you really think I am that stupid? Sure, no problem, I'll patch you thru to the President of the company, so glad you called.  Dah...........

ADD THIS TO YOUR INFORMATION: HCMM has also done business as Huntington Cooper Moody and Maguire.  BBB rated them as A+ with 2 negative experience notes on file...Go figure!  This gatekeeper will not let caller through to boss!!!

I got caller ID finally for our system and program these calls as spam.  Then when they call back I just pick up and hang up.  They stop after a little while.

These guys are very persistent and just keep on talking when they hear "no thank you".  

Respond with, 'please remove my number from your call list', and they will often keep on talking. Respond again with, I have recorded your number, I will call you if I become interested. In the mean time, remove my number from your call list. If  you call again I will report your number to the FCC. I have found this to be very effective. The caller will  usually hang up after hearing the threat to call the FCC.. If they don't I usually say,  "you have been warned" and I hang up. I have found they usually don't call back again after hearing "FCC".

On line complaints to The FCC can be made by going to; http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. It takes about 5 minutes to fill out their form.

The FCC will not act until they have enough evidence (from other complainants)  to make a case. If the FCC wins a case they will be fined, shut down or both. So don't expect immediate results. If a previous caller does call again, just make another FCC complaint.

I would guess that if some how you could find the FCC eventually did fine the harassing caller that that information with your telephone records may be enough to sue the caller in a small claims court and win the case. That assumes your area has small claims courts.

This company has called me 4 times in one day. Each time I requested to be put on the Do not call list. I hung up on the guy the first time and he called right back and was very rude to me. Then 2 hours later a lady called and I also told her to put me on the do not call list that we was not interested. Then at the end of the day the same guy from the morning call called back and as I proceeded to tell him I have already told them 3 times today that we are not interested, that I have requested to be put on the do not call list, he says, "Ma'am I was told to call back this afternoon". Again I told him to put us on the do not call list. Very pushy and very rude people. Mr. Howard Seigel you need to find some employees who are not as rude and can listen and follow directions.

Got a call from HCMM.  Fist she says she is with (unintelligible's office).   I ask who she is with.  She says HCMM. I ask what it is concerning she says it's personal.  she had an e-mail from my boss to call him. oooh liar liar pants on fire!!  She starts asking for my name.  I asked her why she wouldn't answer my question.  She got a tad bit skittish.  Awe!  She said she had his e-mail address and would email him.  I bet she can't sit down cause her pants catch on fire more than 30 times a day!!  So I tried to call back to their number.  Did you know that you can't get ANYONE there on the phone???  I believe that It seems as though they want to run your company for you.  Oh my Gosh!  Right into the ground!!  Deceptive phone calls, agents that bald face lie.  Oh my!  I can't wait!

Calls every day from Dave Caradoes office? to speak with the owner

Lady has been calling saying she is from David Carrado's office. She is super rude and her number is 877-877-7432.

Called several times today from "Bret Tebergen's office" for my boss, knowing him by name. Said they just got off the phone with him and are returning his call. Shows up as 877-877-7432, totally a sleezy sales call.

Did not identify name business. My advice no need to call back if they are too shy to give basic info.

VERY RUDE & VERY PUSHY.....Thomas would not tell me the nature of his business.  Said he was with HCMM and that he was calling for Mr. Siegel to set an appointment.  Kept Insisting on information about the owner of our copy and how to contact him today.  Tries to make you believe that it is a Legal matter and cannot give me any information.   RUDE!!!  TELEMARKETER!!!  No wonder we have to screen calls!!  No Information Given and I am emailing all of the Secretaries in the company to let them know about his little scheme!

She sounded irritated when I was drilling her regarding the nature of the call. She acted like she didn't know at first and that she was setting up the meeting for her boss. I asked her what company she was calling from . She said HCMM Inc,. I said what kind of business is this. She said Business Development.
If you do not want to give information then you clearly are aware that we do not want to speak to you!

Got the same type of call.  When I questioned him about what it was in regards to, the guy mentioned that they specialize in business resources in the manufacturing industry but was still very vague about the details of their business.  Mentioned that his boss said the meeting was an introductory "meet & greet" and would only take about 10 minutes.  Acted surprised when I told him we weren't interested.

Some lady wanting to make an appt for her boss Howard Seigel/Seagull of CMM... Very suspicious, expecting to see him this week, the week before Christmas too. NOT!!!  Didn't tell me much else when I asked what is was about. She just said to introduce the new company.  I hate these kinds of calls, so vague.
