This number has called my home several times.

Its Drivetime.  Computer call looking for payment.

This is drive time calling for payment.

Drive Time just called my work and I have never heard of them or even had an account with them.

They call over and over and over and over. They already know my situation. I can pay 2 payments one time a month. This makes one late and the other early. My other paycheck is used for mortgage, light bill, etc. They cannot get it thru their heads that I need to pay once a month, so they call and call and call and call until I make the 2 payments at one time. They also call all my references, which is an insult, since I've talked with them and told them my situation. I sent them an email recently and told them that the laws in our state prevent them from harassing me at work and harassing my references and I requested they set up my payments for once a month. I also said I will be speaking with the police to see what can be done about them harassing me and my references. The only reason I used them in the first place is because I don't have good credit (because of a lemon car, loss of job, etc.)  These people are way over the top harassing.

The above posts are correct - even if your payment has been made - they continue to call you .... total harassment.  When I called and asked them to cease - the lady told me I was fine and to ignore the calls as it was an automatic dialer.  Amazing - is there no way to take my number off automatic dial?

I am on the no call list and do not want to be contacted by UPS

We were contacted in error by Drive Time, 4 times, and each time they would hang up before talikng to us. They apparently have some incorrect contact information in their database. We called them and verifed that they had a wrong number, and told them to delete our number from their database. Hopefully we don't hear from them again.

We had 4 hang up calls from them today. We have never had an account with them, and never will. For whatever reason they had our phone number in their database as someone elses business number. We've had our home phone number, non published, for over 15 years. Just call them, and tell them to remove your number from their database. If they don't, you can file a complaint with your local state consumer affairs division. Most likely, though, once they verify that they have a wrong number, they'll just remove your number from their system.

I just received a call at my work from this number and have never had any association with Drive Time. I have no clue why they are calling me.

These people never STOP! dont purchase from them you will regret it! if you are one day late on your payment they are calling you, your work and EVERY referance you put down.  Even if you call and tell them your payment is going to be the one day late they say they will make the note so no one calls you but it does not happen!!!!  Drivetime needs to back off!

Calls my job three to four daily even though my payments are not late.  Don't ever buy anything from them.

Constant calling and no one says anything when I say hello.

I keep getting call from this number, automated. I have never had an acct with Drivetime. I know I have been used as a reference but that does not mean I should be getting harrassed. Anybody have any ideas on how to get them to stop?

Drivetime called my work phone on the morning my payment was due. Never been late but they persist in calling.
