Legit. I called them back. A machine will pick up but you can choose to talk to a representative. They verified my transactions to make sure there was no credit card fraud.

Wow no sooner than I hit send when I made a large purchase, did I get a call from this number. My bank fraud co. called for me to authorize and confirm the purchase.

This is legitimate, verified by the # on the back of the card.

I paid my phone bill with my visa and within 15 minutes,
the fraud folks called to be sure it was me making the charge.
