When I answered the phone I heard a lot of background noise, people talking and moving around, I said hello 3 times, and no respond, I heard someone talking really far away and I hung up. They did not call back!

same to my cell, just a bunch of noise and a forign voice trying to say something, pisses me off!

Got a call from this number.  It was a lady asking for Mr. Michael.  I told her she got the wrong number, and she said:" Since I got you on the line, let me introduce myself.  We are xxxxxxx  mission, and we.....etc...etc..."    

I told her this is a no call number and I hungup.  1-877-886-4802 is a solicitation number.Caller: solicitation- solicitor

I missed their call but they left a message that had a lot of background noise. At one point, I heard a male voice try to say something but I couldn't hear what he was saying. I called back but it had a busy signal. I texted the number to see if it was a telemarketer, but I never got a text back from verizon saying it was a landline or anything.
