Mobiloans keeps calling my work phone. 4 times already today. When I answer, no one says anything on the phone?! wth

I have asked this company to quit calling my cell phone... they always ask for someone I do not know.  They say ok but yet keep calling 2-3 times a day!!!

They call my cell phone several times a day and even  call my work number. Will be blocking the number

Now that I know who's calling I'm blocking the number. I borrowed 500.00 from them and have paid them almost 900.00 and still owe them about 600.00. I tried to work with them but they don't give an inch. They are online loan sharks. I changed my bank account and that's that. A lot of work for me but I think that they are taking advantage of people who are in a bind. They hVE NOW changed their disclaimer to state that they are an EXPENSIVE way of borrowing money which was not there when I borrowed. I can't imagine what they can possibly do to anyone who falls prey to them. We were stupid and already paid them back and then some. I don't believe it's legal to charge 150% interest anywhere. I'll take my chances and block their number. They are a very bad company.

how do you know you are not entitled to repay?  I paid them back what I borrowed but paid back what I borrowed plus $300  and they still want $500.  what can they do to you

They keep calling me and my work number. I am in the state of Pennyslvania and they are not licensed to operate in this state, how do i stop the calls?

The number is from Mobiloans--a ripoff lender based in Louisiana. They are an exorbitant lender. Do not borrow from them unless you are willing to pay 150% interest!!! They are not licensed to operate in several states, so if you borrow from them and are from one of these states, then you are not obligated to repay the loan because it is un-collectable and unenforceable. It is also not a crime not to repay them.

The best thing to do is pick up the phone when they call or call them back, if you don't have anything with them they will remove the number.

Yes, called the number and they answered as Mobile loans. Was asked for the last four digits of my social and I politely refused, saying I don't have an account with them and I would simply like them to quit calling. They took down my phone number, said they would quit calling, and could not give me any explanation as to why they had been calling due to the privacy protection of whomever put my number down as their contact information. Weird experience, glad I called. Hope this ends the numerous phone calls.
