I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The phone numbers listed in our database are those which are listed on the checks that are sent to us for collection, and unfortunately the consumer who wrote the 21 checks in our system had your number written/printed on their checks. When this type of situation occurs, the item must be disputed in writing before we can remove the phone number from our system by sending in a cease communication letter for number being called.  I have removed your number from these accounts so you shouldn't receive any more phone calls from our office.

they have been calling me for months now asking for ashley i told them there was no ashley here but they keep calling

This company has been calling me for weeks now harrassing me about someone by the name of 'Nakita Heyward', please keep in mind that i just got this new telephone number, and i have never in my whole 18 years of living met anyone with the name Nakita Heyward, nor have i any reason to be consulting with a debt collection agency, i responded to these people many a time telling them that this was not the persons number they were asking for, and for them to please take me off of there call list. They have refused, and are very rude people, they have used vulgar language toward me, and i have told them i am planning to take legal action, i have contacted a lawyer, AND TO EVERYONE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY CALLING AND HARASSING YOU CONSTANTLY... PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION AGAINST PAYLIANCE FOR HARASSING PHONE CALLS, these phone calls are illegal and violate the terms of the fair debt collection act.
