I also recieved a phone call saying that we owed money and that they were going to take me to court and when i asked if this was a fraud and they said they want no problems....

What they are doing is violating the FDCPA. YOu can report them to your attorney generals office for harassament. They are also scammers. If you tell a company to stop calling you by law they must stop. Scammers don't pay any attention to the law. If they are calling your cell phone and you have a smart phone go to the android market and download an app called Call Control and add their number to your blocked list. You can set it up so that it will pick up and hang up on them every time they call.

got a call at work, I was not at my desk, the caller said he was Michael Smith said there were 3 allegations against me, told this to the reception operator in my office

got a call from these guys this morning. they said there was a serious matter against my SSN and that i need to call back before it went to the court house. The told me 'to have a blessed day' I have been receiving a lot of calls like this.
How do you get them to stop calling???

just got a message from these jerks on both my office & cell phone.  Said a serious matter against my SSN and that I must have my employer to call them back or I would be faced with huge trouble etc... then had the nerve to tell me to 'have a blessed day'
Thick accent, noisey in background.  Oh the guys name was 'David  Brown'

Received a call this AM from this phone number.. both at work and on my cell... Stating that there are some serious charges against me.. and I need to call back right away before I get arrested at work.  Last time these idiots called I called the local police and had them call them back.. they stopped calling me for about 6 months.. and now starting again...

My wife  rec'd a call this morning regarding my SSN. The guy who called had an accent, she said. His name was Peter Jones. She told him I was gone and didn't know when I would be back. Also, last week I rec'd a call for my son regarding his SSN.

I received a call from Zach Bolden at this number saying to call him for more information because there is charges filed against me

fraud , nigerian scammers collecting on fake debts, what a laugh

This caller called my office number and was harrassing me and then he called our main number and was threatening her and was wanting to speak to me.

Can someone please let me know how to get these callers to stop calling me.
