The junk fax law is even older than the Do Not Call list law and does get enforced by the FCC.

Received unsolicited fax regarding too-good-to-be-true vacation packages. This was the number given to call to remove my fax number, but I didn't call it because that seems to just encourage them to send more faxes.

I got a fax from them in Toronto, too. If you get junk fax, register your no. on the "national do not call list" (I am writing to Canadians).
www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca is their address. The faxers have to respect that and stop faxing you within 31 days (it expires in every 3 years).

Bogus Business loans offered through junk fax.  This is in direct violation of the Junk fax rule of 2005
by the Federal Trade Commission.  There is no return Fax number on the fax and only the 877-896-8277, which is a call center.
Next step is to turn this number over to the FCC.  When you call the 877 896 8277 number they are reluctant to tell you who and where they are.  The only information they gave to me after strongly encouraging them to do so ( Probably incorrect info as well ) is they are located in New Jersey.
