How about, the homebuyer should have had enough sense to figure out what he can afford to pay for??? Most realtors work hard to help homebuyers get what they need and request, and to provide solid advice...many of the homeowners who are losing their homes got in trouble b/c of greed, pure and simple, no one forced them to buy, no one held a gun to their heads, a no one solicited them, they requested the services of a realtor.  Those who are losing their homes due to loss of income etc are the minority.
Corelogic is a reputable company which assists to evaluate the homes that are under foreclosure, or short sale, or even those who are trying to refinance or need a valuation for insurance purposes.  They are a providing a service.  Think before your write.
