Uh the max they can garnish is I think like 25% of a check and if a child is involved the court wouldn't even take that.  BTW If they took $700 a month for 10 years that would amount to over $80,000.  You said you had to pay back $4,300. That makes no sense. If you work for them and make up some BS at least make the numbers match.  Blackstone is a fraud.  I have been harassed by then but have forwarded their information on to a buddy of my at the FBI.  Pretty soon you and your crooked employer will be shut down and will be standing before a judge begging for mercy. I am sure there will be a warrant being downloaded for your arrest immediately and the county will be trying to "serve you" like your crooks say to us.  hahaha.

The scam continues - Blackstone's phoners are now claiming to represent "EPA" - "Edison Park Associates."

But the number comes back to Blackstone's address in California.

Blackstone group is real not sure if they are a real attorney's office. They do the collection side
of it but it's funny how people like my self included get made when these agency's call or creditors
per say. I mean it' our bill we got the the credit whether we had intentions on paying it or not we signed for it. They don't care if you lost your job or home or anything of that nature we used the money and credit so we must pay it point blank that is really called stealing if you want to be honest. I did not realize that untill i stood before a judge becasue i was being sued not only by blackstone but by wells fargo as well, The judge asked if i could pay back what i owed i said no i honestly can't he then asked me if i give you 15 days what can you do i told him i am not working he granted the plaintiff the judgement against me...................

                             For the next 10 years i had a judgement and they sent my job an wage garnishment of 30% to be taken out every time i got paid untill what i owed was paid in full which was $4300.00 plus attorney fee's they added over a flipping 1200.00 student credit card....My take home pay went from 1000.00 to 300.00 no way who can live on that when you have a child to support and rent and bills they even levy my bank account meaning they took that money i hate the system but i used it so i had to bit the bullet.......The judge does not care about our problems whether we lost our home's job's wife nothing all they care about is getting money that we owe so when a company like blackstone or any other calls about a lawsuit or bill you owe and you know that use it whether it was 10 cent pay it cause with the economy being like it is now these banks and creditors mean business cause they are hurting due to the money they gave out. That we never paid back so they are gunning for us.... unless you want to go to court i suguess you take it serious and don't do what i did think it is a joke and now i am struggling even worse to keep a roof over my  head with a pay check of 300.00 f...king dollars.

Couple days ago i got a phone called from a unknown number and a man told me he had a court paper that were seal in a envelope but he can not open it.He told me that there was a Civil Lawsuit against me and he need to deliver to me.

( at that time i was listening really carefully and than i kinda think about what he said , if he can't open the envelope than how would he know that inside the envelope its a Civil Lawsuit paper for me. mmmmm?)

Than i asked him who is suing me?  He answer me "oh i need to call this number ---->1-877-900-1328 and give me a case number # CA _ _ _ _ _ and the person i need to speak to goes by the name of Miss. Bryant".( This person is very rude and a f_cken Bi***.)(sorry im so angry because i was on the phone with her about 10min trying to find out what they want from me).

Long story short. This people has all my information down my Bank information and how much i paid for my bill, "I was like OOhhhh hell no, WoOOoOWOoo . I was really mad... I said Who the hell are you and how the F_ck did you get my information?" Than she hand up. I call again, she said why am i calling back you are being sue it don't matter anymore and this lawsuit again you is going on for about three year now. (I was like what are you saying?) she hang up again. I call back and told her You guy will hear from my attorney first and i demand something in the mail before i can do anything.

Oh i for got to mention that They call all my family member and relative out of state looking for me and my information. And threaten my family that I had a Civil Lawsuit against me. If this is a really lawsuit they wont have no problem looking for me. Its not like an arrest warren for police to look for a criminal.

The next day I called the county courthouse to ask them if i have any warren, lawsuit, anything under my name, so they answer NO nothing under my name and by the way that case number is not a number that a court would use. Invalid case number.  I wanna say more but its something that we have to watch out for our self and our love one. Don't let this people ruin our life.

I had the same experience. They called over a year ago and i called the police.  They called again today with a bogus case number and said Blackstone is suing.  I called back the number and they have basic information but want more detailed SS# and DOB from you. I called the police and forwarded to Identity Theft dept.  These people need to be stopped. They scare and harrass you without cause.  There are so many scams going on. I don't know how these people are not stopped after doing this for so many years.

They are back! They called over a year ago with similar story about a supina. Now they called again today.  I knew right away it was them when I got a message from the employee that took the call. How can they continue to do this? They only stir up concern when there really is nothing there. I like Paul's reply to "Tracy". I guess these people are desperate and scaring people is their game.

Collect agency is calling me asking for a mane similar to me.

This place called my mom.. a few times i called the said corp office.. i hung up.. a few months later mind u months i got the same account info from steph law... those a***oles sued me for almost five grand when i bought up the harrassment The atty couldnt say a damn thing about that but that his office had no dealings. i got a waga garnishment but no liens they ddnt take my truck all dat was bull.... so til u talk to TOM who btw is a weirdo jerk i would just bypass... my sis looked up the number they purchase the debt so maybe pre law you can pay but i would be very leary n make sure you get everything in writing.

Ummm, yeah this place is a JOKE.  They were calling saying that they were the County Clerks Office, then when I called back and told them to stop lying about who they were the receptionist guy got loud with me and started saying..."Do you know who I am!?" HA  I asked if he was an attorney and he got super pissed and just hung up.  Losers.

Just relax they can't seize your car, can't put a lien on your house.  The worst they could do would be to take you to court which they won't do.  Actually what they did is illegal.  That is threatening behavior on their part.  Contact a lawyer who specializes in collection agency harassment if you win the case the collection agency has to pay you up to $1,000 plus your attorney fees.

Re: Chase Bank credit card debt.

They seem to even know what I drive ....they told me they were coming to take my car to public action...they were going to put a lein on my house...and they were going to have me arrested.....all for a small credit card debt I owe.....they wouldnt take payments....but they wanted to settle...and wanted my bank account informtion....I told them I didnt have the money...and I would have to call them back tomorrow.....I got given a new number and name of a contact person who said he was in charge...his name is Jason Vaughn 1-909-456-1893......

Hey Tracy Morgan, how is the stand up comedy coming?  Or should I ask how is the weather in Bangalore?  Have your sacred cows been making enough sacred farts? This number is a collection agency.  Called up and said they are the "county process servers"  First of all it is illegal to impersonate a government employee, and secondly no one is dumb enough to actually believe that a process server would tell someone they are coming.  Said I was going to be served for over a week now.  I am real scared. Oh an Tracy and you other dumb a** holes from Blackstone (not the real Blackstone Financial FYI, they are a company impersonating them) officers do not serve people on civil matters!  This may work on others not on people with brains!

Im greatful and truely thank this legal office...there were a great help to me and my family...i was close to going to court and they helped me and i didnt have to go to court...I really dont understand what these people are saying...I mean all they did was be kind and helped me out...

I recieved the same call as you did two days ago. They said that a sheriff would come to serve me to my house. Very confusing. They seem to have all my personal information, but they also have other addresses which I did not recognize. I am afraid this person will do something fraudulent with all my personal information. Have you heard from them since your incident? Is it a legitament law office?

Blackstone called here and left a message for a relative who lives in CA. They made it sound like a court clerk is calling and threatened to serve court papers to us. Sounds borderline legal to me what they are doing. Don't call back and rather call 911if some unknown person show up at your door with a large enevelope in the hand.

This company called and said that they had california court papers for me, I got the message from somebody else but I know that they are debt collectors and will try anything to get you to call them.
