i got a call and the told me to go to the crown plaza hotel . im in minnesota, my wife and i are suppose to go tomorrow at 7:45pm in bloomington by the airport

I got a message today very similar.  I've transcribed it:

Got the call too.. I have a MN number but live in Michigan. Was hoping it was real but after doing some internet research before calling back I am concluding its fake :( Darn...

I just got a call from Ann Kennedy - promotional dept. of Incentive International saying I won airfare and cruise for 2 but only had 24 hours to claim a prize I didn't enter to win!!!

I live in Nebraska, am too broke to attend any shows where I would have "signed up" for something.  I will give info to my folks who know all about cruises, etc.  Thanks for all the comments, this is usually the best way to get info.

Live in Nebraska and got this phone call. I think it's odd how the person leaving the message never said my name or the name of the winner. Usually you have to put your first and last name when u enter any drawing. That was a red flag... I suspect it's a scam.

Sounded fake.  "Hi!  This is Ann Carter with xx(can't understand) department here with International Incentives!"  They said that "a family member" had filled out a form on my behalf at one of their websites and my application was pulled and I won an all expenses paid trip.  Won a roundtrip airfare to one of two cities in Florida, then get my choice of two different cruise lines where we'd have 8 days/7nights of cruising in the Caribbean.  She made sure to mention that we only had 24 hours to retrieve our free no-strings-attached trip.  So Call Now!!!

I live in Oklahoma but I'm just now realizing I still have my Nebraska cell phone number. I realize it's probably a scam but has anyone called to find out? My parents used to go to Las Vegas all the time on these sort of things. they'd sit through an hour presentation and get free tickets.

Also in Omaha, NE.  I got the same script read to both my work cell phone and my personal cell phone, one right after the other.  It isn't just a random dialing.

they didnt say anything about WINNING a cruise i listened a bit...say theyre doing it for advertisment in hopes that people will return to do business. in nebraska... i took a carnival cruise a while back. got the call at 2.30pm. thay also say that you must be 30 to 70 years old and living with a partner...PREDJEDUCE AGAINST 20  YEAR OLD SINGLES AND COUPLES NOT LIVING TOGETHER I SEE!! also says they onkly cover airlines and cruise costs....idk. id like it to be true. =\

Wow....they are sure giving away a lot of free airfare and cruises. Looks like they are targeting Nebraskans. They apparently think we are a bunch of gullible hicks. Obvious scam! Isn't there some sort of law against this? Why haven't they been caught yet? Obiviously a lot of people are reporting them.

Also in Nebraska and just booked a trip on Expedia.  Sounds like they're selling names & numbers.

In Nebraska.  Just got this call as well.  Scam.  The recording was meant to sound like the person was leaving the message at that exact time...but it was clearly a recording with large gaps between each sentence.
