my daughter recieved a call two years ago, from this lady saying she needed to send money or she was going to be charged with three felonys . called the local police dept. they told her to egnore it . has not heard anything in two years till a cpuple of day ago. and the same thing they have personsl info, three diff.phone numbers and two diff.case numbers.

Yea.........I keep getting the same call ON MY CELL for my brother LMFAO..........f****ng joke!

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING ME AND LEAVING A VOICE MESSAGE SAYING THAT THERE LOOKING FOR ME I WISH THEY WOULD STOP CALLING I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE

For at least the last year, an illegal group of debt collectors have been terrorizing consumers, their family, friends, and employees threatening to arrest the individual of an unpaid loan or other debt (their generally don't even owe). Be aware debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter, and you can't be arrested. They threaten a warrant if the victim does not pay a sum of money by the credit card over the phone.

Some of the people they are calling do not owe a debt.  Others they are calling have already settled their debt with the organization who owns the accounts. Even if you do owe a debt, do not be deceived by the actions of this group.  Many of the accounts they are attempting to collect they do not own.  In other words, if you pay these people, that is not going to clear your debt with its rightful owner.  

Although when pressed the callers give the victim an address in Columbia South Carolina (usually a vacant lot) or Atlanta GA (often a parking lot near the bus station or a Peachtree Road Address). They are actually out of the Charlotte North Carolina area. The scammers are using the following business names (and there are many others, and they seem to create new ones daily).  They will normally answer the call back number as ?Investigations?

This is a SCAM and they collect on payday loans. Goldman Schwartz (who I am assuming is somehow linked to these people) was actually SHUT DOWN by the government so I don't know why they would be using the name Schwartz in their new fake company.

Take 10 minutes and https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov file a complaint there. Make sure to mention they use "Schwartz" in the name and if enough people submit complaints they will take it seriously and shut them down.

If they use the word "DEFENDANT" they are breaking the law. Also file a harassment police report against them.

after receiving threats of imprisonment from these people and having never heard from them before I contact my local police station and County Courthouse I was told not to send any money to these people, Also  contact my state attorney general office to file a complaint which I have done.  These people are BREAKING the law! contact your state attorney general's office with whatever information you're able to get & file a complaint.

This woman keeps calling my sister & threatening her & our family about larceny charges & warrant that she demands money

This number calls several times a day for a "Joesph". I've told them repeatedly I do not know this person and to stop calling. They are so loud and obnoxious on the phone.

My family members are receiving calls and to pass a message onto me the "defendant". They are not calling me though.  I called them back and they said they will be serving me papers. They been saying this for months now.  I told them to serve me papers and they hung up.

As if any judge will issue a warrant to a debt collector.   They just never stop yapping about how they're going to "arrest" you because they have a "warrant' and you'll be put in "jail".  Total nonsense and you should tell them that if they call you again.

I got the same massage they told my husband that I was in trouble for check fraud.And they will put a warrant for my arrest.

SCAM! Loud, obnoxious, aggressive.  Said she worked in the check fraud division and to send $300 TODAY or I would have a bench warrant issued for my arrest then said she'd wait till tomorrow.  Called the phone number back and was repeatedly hung up on when requesting information about the company.  Had a lot of my personal info. Scary!!!!   These are not OFFICIALS!  

I returned a call from this number and the woman who answered was unwilling to disclose ANY information to me about what company it was. I asked if it was a private owned company or government, and she hung up on me.

The guy told me the company was called Greenman schwartz and I see from another comment they were told graham schwartz and the address he gave me was 430 peach road and see he doesn't know his facts and the BBB said they are not accredited this place is a scam because the address i googled did not match what he told me. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I keep getting calls from this Graham Schwartz spoke to a Sharon Tate she said that i owed from a loan i toldmher she was full  of s*** I will prosecute this company please I contacted the BBB and said to file the complaint their address is 3340 peach tree Drive she said Georgia then she said Alabama I said to myself wow these scam artists are soooo dumb....please any thought or if this familiar please reply?
