That's the same message I received when I called the number back. I received calls yesterday and today about 3:40pm.

Always calls during the day and never leaves message. Ksthleen could be right. I am NC too.

If this organization has a legitimate business purpose for calling, then why doesn't it ever leave a message?

If this really is NC HealthSmart, then WHY don't they leave messages??

I am too busy during the day to answer calls from unknown callers. If this outfit has a legitimate business reason for calling, then it should leave a message. Otherwise, these calls amount to nothing more than annoyances.

Says they are representing health opportunities for state employees and teachers in North Carolina. These are perks from Blue Cross and Blue Shield

It's NC Health Smart calling to remind me about my call tomorrow with my maternity coach.  I'm an employee with the school system.

I received 3 calls today from this number.  The 3rd time they left a message at 7:20 pm.  It is a message from NC Health Smart with an important  health plan update and telling me to call them back by July 21st.  The number to call them back is different than the number above.  I have not returned the call yet.  I am a teacher in NC.  Hope this helps.

Received to calls today from thus number within an hour. They do not leave a message. If it is NC Health why don't they leave a message?

This number is for NC HealthSmart, which does a health management care for NC state employees.  They are not telemarketers.  They provide health care education and resources.  I am a recently diagnosed diabetic and they have coached me, educated me, and given me resources affiliated with diabetes that I was not aware of.  They also will answer any questions or concerns you may have.  If you have some kind of condition they may be calling you to see if you need any further information and/or resources.  You can simply tell them you do not need their services and they will not call.

Call comes in several times.  I don't recognize the number and want to block the call.

I have been submitting complaints to the Dept of Justice for over a year and have not received any relief AT ALL. I did some research and found out that TimeWarner sells your phone information to other companies. I have spoken to TimeWarner and asked them to put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST. I Agree, the DO NOT CALL LIST is a JOKE.

Calls and won't leave msg. Even called back on different line and answered by automated service. Didn't wait for real person.

It is NC Health Smart calling to remind me of my appointment with my health coach as well.  I have to say that I have found NC Health Smart to be very helpful during my cancer treatment and subsequent medical issues.

This is NC Health Smart. They were calling to remind me of my appointment for a coach to call me because if you have a prenatal coach call you a few times during pregnancy, they waive your hospital copay.

Yes, I called this toll-free number back and the person who answered said it was about NC state employees' 'benefits'.  But before they would remove me from the calling list, they wanted name, d-o-b and I chose not to give them....why couldn't they just use my number.... So she said if I answered the call next time, I could be removed then.

Being on the 'do not call list' certainly doesn't work!

This is the NC Health Smart Program who calls state employee's trying to sign them up to speak with a nurse on a regular basis. They are a program used by insurance companies to make sure that you are living a healthy lifestyle. It benefits those that have health issues and regularly see the doctor. I know because my husband is one of the nurses that work for this program...

I have also received 2 calls from this number today and when I called back received the message "You have reached us at a very busy time, please hold" or something to that extent.  They did not identify who they were and did not leave a message either time they called.

Calls all the time.... hangs up WHEN we answer.  Want it to stop immediately but can't talk to them to tell them to stop calling me. I find it very irritating and a waste of my time.

This number has appeared on my mobile phone several times through out the day and night. During the day around 2:30 pm and at night around 8:40 pm  They never leave a message and I never answer the calls. I have no clue how they got my mobile number. I did happen to call the number back and got a recording " You have reached us at a very busy time, please leave your name and number and we will return the call". I quickly hung up the phone. I wish there was away I could block this number.

i have gotten this call often past few days, same thing never leave message. it is not Active Health Management support line  i know because they call me every 3 months and this is definitely not there numbers

Calls, hangs up, when I returned call, says phone is not in service.
