they called the other day. wanted money for there scam service. told them where to go for free.

I've been trying to check out your "so called" company.  How do you sleep at night???  You obviously have no conscience at all.
I just received an email from you jimdavis@hotmail.ca following up on a invoice for National Pages.  How is that you are one of their customers yet you are collecting on their invoices???

Nexus Solutions is now called National Page!  It is also a scam!  The company tried to get my non-profit organization to pay $595.95.  But, when I told National Pages we were a non-profit, the rep said he didn't realize that.  Then, he discounted the invoice to $295.95.

Beware....the same Jim Davis that was very complimentary of the company in an earlier post is actually a customer service rep for them.

Our company has been getting calls and faxes like this for years. I just received another one today. sales rep this time is sara jacobs. Thinking about reporting this. Were would you call to report this??

Has anyone contacted the RCMP?  We have been scammed by Craig Nolan and many more companies that are all from Montreal.  I have been reading all the above statements and they are all too familiar.  I know you are reading this 'Craig Nolan'.  You have pissed us off and I am going to get your name out there!

We have received a couple of faxes from them as well. It shows our sales rep as Keith Miles and the fax from Craig Nolan.It is for just this reason that we match up our purchase orders with the invoice/ bill to cut down on this kind of scam. We had the same sort of thing happen a couple of years ago using a different name but a similar scam from the Montreal area. There is no way they can demand payment for a service that was never authorized, tell them where to stuff their invoice....because you can't say that to the legitimate bills (even though you'd like too!)

This is a major scam. I am so glad i found this website. We do all our advertising with contracts - so i asked him for the copy of the contract and he says everything is done by phone. I told him i don't do business this way. They try to use names of previous owners to sound like they know everything about you. He also claims it is for a website called www.info-pages.ca - i went on there and the info is all wrong and then i tried to go to contacts and my computer won't let me in because of a secutiry alert my virus softwares stops.

Please be aware of this and call them on it.

Our company received a call from Craig Nolan, pretty much the same as all of the above and he said that if we do not pay..he is taking us to court...he has sent us numerous invoices and we have received numerous calls... we almost paid it but I found out it was a scam...thanks to this website:)...... anyways we are not paying it...he can try to take us to court! he did call back last week, our manager told him that we found out he was just a scam and he just said quietly "oh really, o.k. then bye" what a joke...anyways don't pay this person anything this service is free in canada!!!!

Nexus Solutions has also issued my company several invoices regarding the "listing" they provide. In addition to these invoices (both mailed and faxed) they have been calling nearly every day to speak with accounts payable. The person(s)? who are running this scam are very aggressive. As of two weeks ago, the Caller ID has been showing an unknown number, so that is one change they have made to their game plan.

Recieved an invoice from this company via mail dated Dec. 4, 2008 for $384.95.  Thie invoice listed Amanda King as my Sales Rep at this number. I ignored the invoice.  Recieved a call in early January from a Craig Nolan at the same number following up on my invoice.  I aksed him for some more information on the service they had provided us and some proof that we had ordered it.  He quoted my old boss's name (he hasn't worked here in 3 years) and sent me a faxed copy of our "listing".  No paperwork.  I sent a fax back stating that until I received a copy of a signed contract, I was not authorized to pay the invoice.  That was Jan. 15th.  I have not heard from them since.

they call to ask if you want to be removed from their list and all you have to do is pay the final bill ($384.95).There is no business number stated on the invoice, no GST charged, definately a scam.

They have been calling my company saying we signed up for service. This is a complete scam.

I agree that this is a scam! When I asked them for details they were not able to provide them just an invoice! I am not paying for I did not ask for this imaginary service.

My company also just received an invoice for this. I have left a message for them to call me, but your right, this is definately a scam.

you failed to link any websites and did'nt give your non-existant company name with that phone number that nobody ever answers.

i received a call from these guy on feb 7 asking to confirm my address..which i did..not an unusual call...i get a call from them on feb 12 asking for accounts payable, whom they send a faxed invoice to requesting payment.  I have no idea what this company does or who they are but all my calls to them lead to an answering service.  This is a SCAM...BEWARE..

I have been dealing with this company for years.  It's excellent for me (a small business owner) to be able to advertise outside of my normal market).  This is not for everyone, being searched for in Vancouver if your business is in Calgary may not be right for you.  But if you provide them with your companies website they'll hyper link to your website, your clients can shop online.  I have easily doubled my profits since signing up with them.
I?m sure if you contacted the company they would either reverse the charges or do what they could to satisfy your needs.  They've always been great to me, professional and courteous.

has this been reported to any authorities? I just saw a company pay several hundred dollars to Nexus Solutions from Westmount QC and want to let them know that they've been scammed

These guys claim they are a company called Nexus Solutions from Westmount, Quebec...and they are trying to sell you an on-line listing for your business...they are a scam!  I can't find any information on the company, no one answers the phone, I got a faxed invoice and a mail invoice...but when I tracked the address down it was a jewelry store in Montreal.  The manager of the store said there used to be a courier drop off i the building and asked if I was to have bought an on-line listing...he said it was a scam...so beware!
