I received 5 calls from this number today. As quick as I ended the incoming call, my phone rang again. I do not have any family and have not been to a doctor in years. This call can be considered nothing but spam.

This is from Illinois Health Connect. They call people that are currently using the Illinois Medicaid or AllKids programs. They call to remind you that your son or daughter or other family member is due for a checkup. They do leave messages, at least at my number. It is an automated recording, though.
