CALLS THEN HANGS UP

No one is ever on the other line. They hang up when the call is answered.

Calls every hour on the hour.  They do not leave a message

These people call me constantly asking for somebody I don't even know.  Usually I ignore them, but when I finally get fed up and answer to tell them not to call anymore they yell at me.

These people call me every day at my work several times a day.  When answered, no one is there; they NEVER leave a message.  Total Harrassment!!!
Why can't they be stopped

It's Wells Fargo Auto Finance. they call a million times a day, everyday until you make your payment! Trust me, even if you make arrangements with them...they'll call again and again and again right up to the time you arranged to make payment! Ridiculous!

This number calls several times a day, never leaves a message, if we are home and answer they never say anything. If it is Wells Fargo, I have told them 2 times now that who they are askng for doesn't live here and to stop calling. I am going to the FTC site and file an harrassment complaint against this number.

they call 12 to 20 times a day and when you go to answer it, no one there

I traded in my car therefore obviously I "missed" a payment and they suddenly started to call, when I told them I traded my car in, they said until the new dealer paid off the loan they would keep calling, or get this, I make that payment! They called 12 times a day starting at 8:30 in the morning and they didn stop until 9 pm! I told them off and it didn't matter. It continued for 25 days!!! To get them to stop calling your place of employment simply state "you are not permitted by law to call my place of employment" this is a federal law they are NOT permitted to call and harass you at work! Believe me the calls there will stop.

Ever feel like you had gotten your car loan from the mafia?  We did!  They would call 7x an hour from 7am until 8:30pm Sunday thru Sunday.  If your payment was due on Thurdsay, by 4pm this behavior started all over again.  I thought we might wake up to find a horses head in our garage!  Eventually w/ the loss of a job and home we could no longer keep the car and voluntarily agreed to let them take it back.  They repossessed with no issues.  It took 1 day before they tried to sue my insurance company for dents that were in the vehicle when we purchased it.  I downright refused.  I don't care if they came after me until I had to file bankruptcy, they got my car, now they want more?  GREED!  WELLS FARGO = GREED!

Wells Fargo call and are very rude.
They ask for a Joyce and I have no idea who that is.
How do I stop these calls from rude people?
I do not own them or anybody else money.

Constanly call even after i set up a payment plan. I told them that I couldn't afford the payments anymore and they told me to borrow money from family. When I explained that we weren't the Hiltons and nobody had money lying around, the girl said that it wasn't a time to joke and I should figure out what I was going to do. Then when I pulled my credit report I saw that they had run my credit 6 times in a month, why would they do that? I am so angry at them I could scream.

I thought that I was crazy and all alone with this company's harrassment. I guess that I am not. My husband was even doubting what I told him. I have threatened to sue them, because I have had constant trouble since purchasing my van. The calls are nonstop. You can't even answer your phones, cell or landline!

I just they would stop, before I get out of bed in the moring and when I get into bed at 10:00pm

I get these calls 7 days a week when I answer the phone  they will not say a word I  just they would say  something i don't have  a loan I know that wells fargo is hurting for money but call the right person check your records

There is a new number for these people too ,it is a "484" area code.  If you get a collector named Denise with a heavy New York accent, just tell her you wanna seak to her super...she is a realy bi***!

This is Weels Fargo Auto finance and yes they even call you when your payment is up to date as is my case.  The problem is if you speak intelligently to one of these tempermental customer service agents, you might pissed them off.  Than you get put on a dialer.  

I am lucky that I will be paying off my bill today...wanna bet they will still call me??

Its funny, just as I was sitting down to write this, my cell phone rang and when i got up to see who was calling me - yes thats right Wells Fargo Auto Finance, at 9:45pm.  Let me tell you a little story, In Feb of 2006 my husband to be(we married 7 months later) bought a car at a dealership.  He filled out all the paperwork and left in the new car that night.  The dealership called a month later and said they couldnt get the deal done from the finance company.  Long story short we signed papers on the car 3 times before it went through.  We bought the car in feb and we didnt have our first payment due until May due to their incompetencies, I should have known then, right.  Well right after we got married they called us one Saturday morning around 10:15.  My husband put me on the account that they could talk to me now that we were married.  The guy says he will take care of it.  My husband got hurt and was off work and I was waiting for his first disability check to come in to make the car payment.  I called them up and they would not talk to me, his wife, his power of attorney, authorized to his account.  It took me 4 people before anyone would just tell me an amount to go pay, and when he did, he told me the wrong amount.  Here it is 2 years we have been dealing with Wells Fargo and they are so disorganized it is unbelievable.  I called them one day because the statement said something was owed yet, they didnt show it in the system and no one could tell me what it was for.  The last 6 months we have become victim to our faltering economy and we had to move from our home in the Mountain time zone to Eastern time zone.  They have called at 11:51 pm my time.  I have answered the phone and screamed in their ear that it was almost midnight where i was and hung up on them.  Needless to say - they didnt listen and althought it is nice that they dont call at 8:05am anymore - they are still calling at almost midnight.  

I have gotten calls from 877-913-9323, 480-337-2900, another 800 number something like 800-595- something or other.  Not only do i get these calls all day, every day - my husbands cell phone rings from them too.  We gave them our home phone number so they would stop calling our cell but first when we stopped answering our home phone and now that we had to move, they are back to calling our cell phones.  It seems like when we dont answer the first time, they use the other number and start calling.  We have told them not to call our cell phones, under the FDCPA, it states they cant contact you in a way that will access you charges, yet when they are calling our cells that is using our minutes and accessing us charges.  Another thing under the FDCPA they are only allowed to call between 0800 and 2059 - yet we moved into another time zone and they still continue to call past those hours.  I wish to god i could get rid of them - I just want to pay off the car and make them go away.  They don't leave messages anymore, which makes me happy.  They called me so many times a day and leave long threatening messages for my husband that it would fill up my voicemail. One week i had 30 some messages.  My husband hasnt cleaned out his voicemail since January cause it costs us minutes to sit and listen to the 40 messages a week.   They are complete assh*les and very harassing.

Please someone start the lawsuit!!!!  I thought I was crazy, but it looks like we are all being harrassed!

Wells Fargo Auto Finance - Phone #877-913-9323 called me at work twice today and we do not do business with Wells Fargo and never will.  Our son has an auto loan with them and they called us, his parents at work?  He has been speaking regularly and meeting all of his obligations for payments until he found a job.  We are not cosigned on the loan and have no obligation to them.  This is illegal.  Someone needs to start a law suit against them for harrassment and illegal collection processes.  How can we unite and file a law suit against this large corporation that is breaking the harrassment laws?  Even when payment arrangements are made, they keep calling.  Any ideas to hire a reputable attorney to file the suit?  It appears that we're not the only ones being harrassed!

I answered the phone at 805 am this morning and no one was there.  I did a trace of the # on Google and gee its WF.  Next time they called I traced the # again.etc...
Oh my gosh it is 1010 am and they have called my cell phone 5 times!!!  Using all different #'s.  Never leave a message.  I figure, I have voice mail USE IT!!

I have been receiving calls from: 877-913-9323; 866-913-9323; 813-973-7623; 484-895-2000, as many as 40 calls a day. I have never dealt with Wells Fargo, nor do I have any credit cards or loans [no auto, no house finance]. I own my car as I do my home. Yesterday [01/19/08], is the only day the above idiots collectively did not call. Thus, there is a conspiracy amongst them to harass and annoy callers. They are the Taliban of domestic terrorism. A caller from Wells Fargo [484-895-2000] indicated that he was member of the KKK and would continue to call no matter what.

Calls 7 days a week from morning to night (even holidays)...leaves half of message each time.  When I answer, it is always a different customer rep.  I do business with them for a truck, but I always make my payment on time or within the 5-10 day grace period.  Company must not communicate well, because when I mail a payment or pay by internet they still call starting the day it is due for 3 weeks in a row.  I only get 1 week each month when they don't call.  I even traded trucks last summer hoping to go through a different finance company, but I still got the same annoying finance company.  When I get my income tax, the truck will be paid for and I will never do business with them again.  However, more than likely, they will still call me even when it is paid for in full...like I said, they are either not organized or just annoying people.

Wells Fargo.....bunch of rude a**holes, excuse the term.  Hubby two months behind on account; he did authorize me several times to act on his behalf with them, yet every time they call they can't seem to find that information.  But they have NO PROBLEM calling MY cell phone, now do they?  He authorized them again this morning to talk to me, and tonight at work they called my cell and basically told me that 500 a week for 3 weeks wasn't good enough, they need 800 by Friday or repo.  Told me that they can't carry the overdue payments over to November....well hello, 500 would pay the oldest month, and the next 500 would be two days INTO November.  The woman (Amanda?) told me that I ***HAD*** to borrow the money from family or friends, I told her I couldn't.  She accused me of hiding the past due from Jim, I told her that if that were the case I wouldn't have told him to call them to authorize me.  She told me she was going to do what she had to and put the van in for repo, so I told her that I was going to do what I had to do and talk to her supervisor......and the bi-otch HUNG UP ON ME.  I'm sending them an email tonight, not waiting until tomorrow to call.....I would've called back right away except I was at work.  I'm fed up with them.  Hopefully tomorrow my FO can help us, thankfully I work for a car dealer and we have a great Business Manager (the FO).

They've been calling me for about a week.  It starts with an automated voice asking me to hold for and important message.  I don't take calls from computers at the convenience of some telemarketer so I always hang up.  I don't have any auto loans through Wells Fargo Auto Finance.  Maybe I'll start calling them every day with some ridiculus story.......
