Hi,

I didn't know anything about toner or copier and i fell for the same scam.  Do you know how i could try to get my money back.  They didn't even sent me a toner that fit my machine.  They told me that it was a contract that was going to expire.  I have to have called to ask to return the toner and they refuse to take it back.  I will write a letter to demand for the return address.  I don't know what to do.  This is the first time in my life that i got scam like this.  I feel scare and loss sleep over this.  I have cost my company alot of money.  Please help me out with your advise.  Thank you so much for your help.

These people (Direct Distributions) called in Dec 2010 and misrepresented themselves saying that they were our copier toner supplier. They said that they were shipping a toner. The whole entire time I thinking that it is really our copier suppy company, which includes the price of toner in our lease for our copiers. They sent a toner to the office and sent an invoice to our accounts payable office, which is at a different address and apparently the invoice wat paid. I never knew a invoice was sent until 3 days when they sent more toners and an invoice for $539 FOR ONE TONER that usually costs $80. So I the customer service number about a million times and no one ever answers the phone and it always went straight to an answer machine. Finally after a day a lady named Susie Fisher calls back she was very rude and refused to give me the address to return the toners so I got off the fun with her and did some research and came to find out that these people are scam artist. I called customer service again and left several messages letting them know that I was on to there scam that I would be reporting them to the Attorney Generals office. It took another day for Susie to call me back I spoke with her and let her know all the information I had  learned about the scam that they had going and what I was going to do to take care of the situation she finally agreed to fax a shipping slip for me to return the toners. Still haven't received the fax. These people must be stopped!!!
