Run your antivirus program after making sure its on and updated, and also download malware bytes and run it. You can download that free, filehippo has it. Change any and all passwords - They will have stolen anything and everything they can get their paws on in your computer. File fraud alerts with your bank, cc and credit if you had any of that information on your computer!

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

The same thing happened to me. They told me to type a code to go to the tech support and it ended up allowing them to share my screen. I'm worried that my computer security is sacrificed now. Has anyone experienced problems after calling, like identity theft?

Same pop up on my screen today. Called the number and and a woman with a heavy accent answered: technical support. Suspect it to be a scam.

A pop up came and I thought this number was from my anti virus and it was some type of "technical services" which I do not think is legit. Anyone else experience this?
