And who is suing you

I received the same call while at work tried calling the office back and no one answers. I received a call today stating that they tried to to serve me at all my locations on file, and that the courts were going to give me a 2 hour grace period to call back. I've tried but again no answer and the extensions mailbox is full. I have a payday loan out and recently changed jobs behind one payment so how do I make this stop. Nobody came by my home, old or new place of employment. Is this for real a court summons.

Left voice mail message; identified herself as from "the state" informing me that I am under investigation for check fraud; I am to be served a court summons at my place of residence or my place of work shortly. Advised me to call the attorney for this claim at 877-931-4598 in order to stop the process. I have no idea what this is about but do know that real investigations are not handled over the phone like this. I have received so many calls like this over the past 3 years since obtaining (and paying off) a payday loan. Don't return these calls and don't be threatened into giving information about yourself to these scammers.
