I'd never heard of them, but got an email from them (PayDayMax.com) stating the following:
"it's been almost 90 days since you last updated your account information.  If you've changed anything such as your e-mail address, phone number, home address, employer, bank account, etc., please call our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-877-937-3729."
I can only assume it's a sister company to a payday loan that I am past due on.
