this company emailed me and had all of my info name ssn address wanted me to provide my bank acct#   said I owed a payday loan from 2008.  this is not true. must be a scam. I will proceed with contacting attorney general in my state

I spoke to Ronald from Samuel Sole & Associates and i believed him that i owed money on a old debt. He sounded very fair and friendly. I asked him or documentation of this debt and he provided that to me by email. I then called my bank to verify this with my bank to see if I receive any sort of deposit within the month they were claiming I receive a deposit. Come to find out the bank says my account closed in April 2 months before they said i receive the money. The bank said i was not able to receive any deposit or any withdrawl in june since the account was closed. I called back and told them that i will not be paying anything, since there was no proof i received the money, and I did not. These people are scams, and I almost paid them 200 bucks i almost did. Thank god i read these forums did my research and seen it was all a SCAM. I never ever will apply for pay day loans in my life. I dont owe money to any credit card or anything.

I am a sucker and believed them but good thing i did my own research double checked and make sure it was real or fake and found it it is FAKE!!!!

These people are extremely rude and unethical; they have contacted my 82 year mother and threatened her because I had not returned their phone call; Michael Green in particular is extremely rude and unethical and completely violates the Fair Trade Act

I have also recieved text message of confirmation of payment.  Stopped payment.  Please stop these people

Be careful - they get your account number and will take $ out - they did us. When I called them, they used vulgar language and said they had a recording of me authorizing this amount, when I asked them to play the recording, the person got very upset and started yelling at me - who can I call to try and get our $ back?

I have received emails from this company beginning on 6/10/2013.  Prior to that I have received no communication from this company or any other company. They are stating I owe over a thousand dollars from some live loan company that defaulted in June 2011.  They have supposedly sent a company to serve papers at an address I have not lived at in over 3 years.  The phone number they have on file is older than that, but they do have my new email address.  They have called 4 times harassing me at work today 6/27/2013.  They have called my HR office and they could barely understand what they were even saying.  I have asked them to fax me some sort of document showing this as a valid debt and they have not.  All I have received at 6 email from 6/10-6/24.

For some strange reason a friend of mine received a call from 877-957-1761 from aaron cohen looking for me which I'm not sure how he got my friends number. He called last week and he called stating that a garnish wagement will happen next friday and I will be served papers either at home or my workplace. he is vii;ationg the fair trade act and when he staid, "good luck", I already knew this a-hole is not legit at all Be aware!!

Also the coward did call me directly but called as private/anonymous but I never cause they are supposed to send paper work in the mail with a letter of validation.

Yes, today I received this very exact same letter. It is a collection agency for old oayday loans. They are bottom feeders. Donlt give them ammy information.

Received this final notice e-mail today- the company name is different along with the physical address- but the phone number stayed the same.  Now this is more of a blanket e-mail without a dollar amount and case # on it.

I checked the BBB website, and this company name and address cannot be found- only Samuel Sole & Associates under the PO Box#, but it lists a different phone number.  They are a collection agency in NY.  They are miles away from my state, and I called the Attorney General's office to report them and find out if they were licensed, and they are not in my state.  I am suppose to mail in copies of all of the e-mails that I have received from them along with documenting the text messages since they are in vioation of the Fair collections Act.  I don't know who they think they are, but I am not falling for this type of collection.

I still continue to receive txt messages from 41782 regarding non-payment and also e-mails from this company and phone number to resolve a debt that I know nothing about.  I called the attorney general's office in my state, and this company is not licensed to do business in my state.

Same message.   No other info-looked it up Samuel Sole and Associates-check scam reports, Do they think we are really gonna fall for this crap?

Receiving texts from 41782 to call this phone number regarding a payment that was accepted and processed?

Received the same text today from 41782 that a payment of $265 was accepted and processed; please call this phone number for further instructions and then they left a promotion code. I am tired of being bothered by these people as well.

They are not licensed to do business in my state; the office told me to file a complaint and send in any documentation that I have since they are operating illegally in collections.

Still more e-mails coming from Samuel Sole and Associates, LLC in NY- this one has yet another different phone number on it.  So far I have received multiple e-mails from this so called company in NY using three different phone numbers; 1-877-957-2492; then 1-888-603-6269, and now this phone number.  The e-mails all say the same thing; the dollar amounts don't change, just the dates, but the letters are not specifically addressed to me or anything relating to me.  This company is not licensed to do business in my state. How can I get them to stop harassing me?
