This number keeps calling my phone and when I answer it, it would hang up. When I call the number I would get a busy signal.

Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I find that these numbers call much less frequently (most just once) if you don't answer at all.

I am on the Do Not Call list (Gov no wonder it is ineffective). Is there any way to keep these Spammers from calling. Catch them, fine them, castrate them.
