The domain live.co.uk is a Microsoft Hotmail domain. The telephone number has an invalid area code, but the VOIP service I use says that 880 is a country code for Bangladesh. It also appears as though the number could be a properly-formed phone number for that country. And, as already noted, Nokia denies having such promotions.
I'd like to add my vote to this as being a scam.

Its a lie. There is no prize. The message was sent by a thief. He will trick you into giving him money. He will never give you any money.
All Nokia e-mail addresses end with @nokia.com. Any address that does not end with @nokia.com did not come from Nokia. uknokiawin@live.co.uk is not a Nokia address.
Delete the message. Do not reply to it.
