I am having the same problem They are call in my number on a daily basis and hang up on me when I request that they stop calling.

Decided to answer and it was a foreign accent calling from U.S. Financial saying that they saw I was looking for grant money. No idea...

Tried looking this number up at another site and this is what I found:

881-234-7777 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID.
I called the number and it is a number for Verizon Wireless that is no longer in service.

womans voice humming what sounds like a lullaby, possibly in a foreign language..... weird!
