That doesn't mean you know everything the corporation does for their business. Its all about the Benjamins. Wachovia has hired a third party telemarketing company to try and sell a product so they can make money off of it. Dont ask who they are, ask who the company is!

OH.. PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME SIR ON HOW YOU KNOW THIS TO BE A FACT?!?! It's a telemarketing service. If you ask them their company they will tell you.

If PurchaseShield360 is a legitimate program, why am I unable to reach them at the phone number they post on their website or through their email link??  I signed up for the program through Wachovia and have been charged $14.99/month...when I tried to submit a claim, however, I was unable to do so through the online claim submission (nothing happens when I click "submit") or by calling the number posted on the website to request a claim number, I only get a recording that says they are experiencing "technical diffuclutoes and to try back later. Any suggestions for how to get through to the company???

Receiving incoming calls from this # 886 260 8866, comes up as no listing, invalid and in some cases, disconected. Don't answer, it is information gathering organization. No trail to follow back to party calling.

I swear the " Do not Call" list has employees who get our numbers and sell them on the side. I swear it-because I've never in my life gotten sooo many "unkown" calls until I signed up on that damn do not call list and they won't do a damn thing about it--I've emailed them, even called them about this and all they do is say just report it. What the hell for? They won't do anything about it. This is THE most worthless department I've ever seen. Here is a list of phone numbers that continuously ring all day at my house SINCE I signed up on the "Do not call" list. No one speaks on any of them --so exactly WHY do they call???  886-260-8866,855-897-5894,404-482-2159,213-596-2931,803-350-9266,888-872-5442--to name just a few of my daily harassers!

I'd like to know just who you are supposed to report this number to because I'm sick of being harassed on  a daily basis.

This unknown caller calls my house EVERY day, sometimes 2-3 times EVERY day, and up until tonight, left no message. Tonight I picked up the phone when I saw this number pop up for the forty-eleventh time, and a young guy asked for my wife by name. I said she was not here, was there a message? He said,"No message. I'll call back."  Whatever happened to the"DO NOT CALL" list I registered to?

They have been calling me  mid-day  for several days now ..  I finally answered  and they said that they were  Wachovia  w/ a special offer .   Then asked for information and mentioned  Term Life Ins .      Pittsburgh Life ??     I hung up but they called again ..     Wachovia  can't do Banking  .  I thought they were changing to  Well  Fargo  ?  Not here in my state ..    DON'T  ANSWER  .   That would be wise !!

this caller calls everyday says from wachovia want us to sign up for a 30 day trial every time we say no take us off the calling list but keeps on calling enough is enough

Have gotten three calls from this number in the last few days.  I tried to call it back and it's invalid.  I decided to Google it and found the above responses.  It seems like a scam and they must be clueless to the fact that Wachovia is now Wells-Fargo.  And in response to earlier notes banks DO solicit business...but only if you have contacted them for some other reason on the same call.  They do not initiate this contact.  I'd try to use the country and city code for Taipei, Taiwan but am too cheap to pay for the call.

They have called everyday this week.  First time left a voice mail that got cut off.  No messages since.

Called several times and refuse to leave reasons.

You must report harassing phone calls to your state's Attorney General's Office or Office of Consumer Affairs so that they can investigate.  Also contact the Federal Trade Commission for assistance.

I just got a call too, it's midday and he asked for me, I said "that's me" he said thank you and than hung up before I could ask anything?

they called me really late...i want to know who though.

This number keeps calling our house and asking for our 23 year old daughter.  Normally when it says that the caller's identity is "unavailable" or "unknown" we don't pick it up because it is a telemarketing call. Finally picked up yesterday and when they asked for her I said that she wasn't available and could I take a message.  He said "No," and I then said, "My daughter is going to be moving and I am her Mom; is there anything I can help you with?"  He paused, his voice changed to a different tone and said, "I'll call back."  Well, he is a man of his word because it is 17 hours later and he called, AGAIN!
I was going to call the number but glad I didn't when I first read that it originated in Taiwan, but some others said when they tried to call back it wouldn't go through. Phew.......!!!
Wish this guy would take the hint and not call back. Next time I see that number, I am going to get a whistle and blow his eardrums out, since we have asked him NOT to call again and to put us on his "NO CALL" list.

I get a call everyday either around 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM. It's always 2 rings and they hang up with no message. I never answer or attempt to return the call. Google search returns a lot of posts about the call originating in Tiawan. I am certain it's some kind of scam. I would advise all not to answer.

Receive calls from 886-260-8866 randomly.........they ask for me by my first name, but I tell them they have the wrong number and to remove the number they dialed.  However they call back a few days later.

Calls are received two or three times ever day at all hours.  A man asks for my husband. When I say he is not home and offer to take a message, he says, "I'll call back" and hangs up.  I tried redialing the number which will not go through.  The number is originating fromTaiwan.  I imagine a return call could be placed by dialing the internation code for the U.S. which I think is 011and then the number.

Just received another call from this number it is the same guy (speaks very good english).  He has actually called three days in a row....... Im not going to answer it the next time.... Maybe they will stop calling.
