Funny-- I called and they had my phone number wrong too. They also had an old address. I notified my bank and they stopped charges.

Like everyone else I noticed a 29.95 charge on my bank account.  Tried to see what it was for and only shows up the number 887-834-2830. Goggled it and saw the problems others were having so I looked back at my sept bill and sure enough got charge 27.95 there too. Looking further back there was also a $1 and $1.80 charge two weeks before the 27.95 charge. No Idea what the charges are for as I havent signed up for anything. Goes to show you that you should check you accounts daily as you never know who is trying to steal money from you. Calling my bank in the morning and hopefully they can resolve this.

I too have the same problem. They had been taking money from my account for the past 4 months. $14.98. Twice a month. When I called today the a very rude lady on the phone told me that you are signed in. When I asked for what..she told me that your account is closed. You won't get your money back. They claim that you have signed up to receive your credit score. The lady told me that the website says you have 7 days to cancel this or you get charged. I told her the phone # on my account was wrong and she said well if you go to the website it is right there. My account does NOT say what the charges even are for! I said I googled the # to get the right one because they put the wrong # on my account -___-

I did not receive a call but I did receive a mysterious charge for $1 but I'm so cheap I got suspicious of even this $1, I viewed my account online and it hat : pdq scores 8778342830, I do remember a young man named Deshondre Armstrong from a "work from home" company(instant rewards network) claiming to be in Bailey NC trying to sign me up for a job that I had to use my card to apply for free trials and get credits to earn money and this is one of the sites he had me apply for, I only thought it was real bc I actually talked to this man on the phone! I am changing my card number as we speak! Please be careful of these roughish people of the world!!

I noticed this going on today when I looked at my online statement.  I called them and after 5 mins of threatening them with the bbb and being on hold for 15 mins I was able to talk to someone and was told that I will have a credit on my account for all of the charges in the next 1-5 days.  Fingers crossed,  hope my money is back very soon.  I will update everyone on if I do get my money back.  Suggestion call and do not be nice about the situation, I wasn't!!!!!!!

Beware of PDQ Scores.  They billed our credit card $1 and $1.98 in May and $1 in June.  Their number is 877-834-2830.

same complaint as all the rest, charges to my discover account been reported and hope for the dissolving of the charges. Why are not these people charged as scammers. All they are lacking is a pistol, they are thieving.

I was told from an agent that I couldn't get my money back...they charged me 4.95 on May 31st and 29.95 June 1st...saying that I had the service for four days and I didn't...what do yousuggest?

Well. . . I, too !  $28.95 plus $1.00 the same day (May 28). Fraud indeed! One has to be SO careful and CHECK EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!  WHAT have we come to !  In any event Your credit card companys WILL credit you back. At least mine has implied it will. We live in Canada and have Royal Avion credit cards. We only use the cards when we are in Montana or other U S destinations. We do not have any reoccurring charges on those cards. When reviewing my wife's most recent charges I noted charges from PDQ Save Protect for $9.91. There were 2 charges in April, 1 in March and 1 in February,  we phoned Visa who put us in touch with the Fraud division, they are reversing the March and April charges and reissuing her card.  There was also two charges from PDQ scores totalling
$9.91 also fraudulent and being reversed.

You should be able to dispute all the charges as fraud with your credit card company.

I have attempted to cancel  any service from this company who professes to be an Identity Theft Protection agency.  Spoke with them three times now since Nov. 2012 and today was given another confirmation number and assured me this was taken care of now.  However, I have also reported it to my credit card company and asked that no further charges be paid to this "unusually run business".

I have been charged $16.95 on my credit card every month and when speaking with a PDQ Agent today was told all she shows on the computer is a 11.95 charge each month.  Wonder where my other $5. will show up that comes from my credit card for an addition 5 months beyond what I have attempted to cancel with them?

The correct phone number is (877)834-2830, NOT (887) 834-2830.  You simply used the wrong area code.  I too had a $28.95 charge show up on my bank account.  Try the new number, you will get through just fine, I did.

Yeah... I discovered two $1 charges to my account with this phone number... It said PDQ scores, and I haven't signed up for anything. I know $2 isn't a lot, but I sure as heck don't want it to get worse...

Same here. Got two charges against my checking account, one for $28.95, one for $4.95, one for $1 for PDQ Scores.  What the heck is this nonsense?  I have filed a complaint with my bank and to remove these charges.  Does anyone have any idea what or who this is to can get to the bottom of it?
