got a call, form someone who could barely speak english, said that they were going to put 2,000 in my checking account for a tax rebate. They said i would need to answer yes to all the questions on the following promt, gave account info. the I said i want your number he gave me this one. so then as the questions started it said something about american health for a charge of 29.95, and i said you know what you no longer have my permission to use my account and i dont want the 2 grand, and he hung up on me, how professionel is that?  please help
