This number keeps calling me.  When I call back, the operator says "the call cannot be completed as dialed".

Keep receving calls from this number and they keep hanging up. Finally, received a call and asked them to stop and yet they continue to call and ask for the person who used to have this number after repeatedly explaining this is my phone number not the person they are asking for they proceed to attempt and get me to sign up with their phone company.  So, after all the annoying calls and repeated stop calling I found out what they want.
