Q T Billing has called up to 15 times in one hour. This is every day. They say I accepted a collect call and are going to turn me over to collection. Is there even a person there? And why do all these calls come from different numbers? I am in the hospital and will be for two more weeks, So they are calling the home of my 88 year old mother. Harrasing!!!! You better believe it.

Seems to be debt collectors (QTBill).

The billing company who is trying to contact you is QTBill.  They are not a collection agency.

They are trying to contact you for one of two reasons:
(a) An invoice for a service that was purchased from your phone number was returned by the post office needing a correct address, or
(b) An invoice for a service that was purchased from that number is past due and they are trying to contact you regarding an overdue payment.

They call every day (computer generated) and give the number to call and a web address. When the number is called it always says that all circuits are busy. I have had no other contact with this company and didn't know who they were before investigating. Apparently thay are a collection agency that deals in harassment rather than direct billing as they profess. I tried reporting them to the Indiana Better Business Bureau where they are repotedly located, but they show no such company in that state.

Q.T. Billing is this number they are a collection company that deals with all types of billing like Medical, Collect Calling, and stuff like that, they will call you up to 15 times per day and it's all ways the same recorded message you never get to speak with a live person even if you call the number back during business hours. They will call and the caller id will show various different states and numbers but the name is all ways just a state. This company needs to have something done about this they are harassing people call their homes 15 times in a day.

told me to call this # about a billing but i dont know these people and havent ordered nothing i think people that had the # before me ordered something and they are wanting money but i need to get in touch with them to let them know they are calling the wrong person
