Same here, called and no message.

Be aware that the Hudson Bay Company is now targeting its HBC card holders with the same telemarketing scheme by ACE INA insurance.   Make you think you are agreeing to free month of coverage and then continue the policy without your written consent.  Beware.  Did not think companies with reputations such as Sears and HBC would stoop so low with such deceptive practices.

If you call this number, you'll hear a recording and it sounds as though they are, "Southern Global Services"... it's not really clear.  They've been trying to reach you concerning an exclusive offer available to valued Sears customers.  I believe they want to sell you insurance underwritten by Ace INA Life Insurance.  They also state that it is possible they may try to contact you again. You can then leave a message if you have any "further" questions, would like to leave a comment or would like to have your name removed from the Sears list (which may take 30 days).

you are right there but this guy that i talked to from the same number said that they're calling from Sears International. I can't even understand him.

Beware of this sears and ace ina insurance.. I got a call from them in January when they tricked me into getting a free trail for month for their policy. They promised me to send the information via email. After waiting for 10 days and still nothing in my email, I decided to call the sears customer care. I was afraid that I might be registered to the policy that I didn't know how to cancel (since I never received the information package that had the information to cancel my trial). I was referred to no. of some insurance company by sears cc. The representative on this insurance company claimed that I was not enrolled into any policy and I don't need to worry about anything. And know what 2 months later I got a sears credit card statement with a charge of $35 for the policy that I believed I was not enrolled into. And they had already charged me twice. By the time they sent me out the statement for the last month, the next month's payment was due the statement for which i am supposed to receive next month. Called them back to resolve this issue and they make me feel like I am lying and want to omit my payments. I told them I don't want to pay for a policy I didn't even know I was enrolled in but they don't listen. They can just call you to sell the policy but never call back to confirm that your policy has been started. What a poor customer service and a way to rip-off customers. I told them to cancel my policy right away and called the sears cc to cancel my card. Too bad I have to pay for 2 months of policy (approximately $67) for no reason because I don't want to spoil my credit history. But this is not impressive and very poor service. Now whenever I am offered a mastercard or pc credit card at superstore, I always say no because now I know these cards are nothing but way to scam people. I am always careful about these scamming people but still got scammed. Disappointed!

I keep getting these calls after I answered a couple years ago and turned down their offers for life insurance. Not cool. They've been calling me every day for a week.

Weird! There is silence and then someone comes on and says I won't put my dog on a leash...I hung up immediately...I hope it's not one of those foreign states calls they tell you never to answer! I'm from Canada

I'm recieving frequent calls from this number. I'm sure that these calls were meant for the previous owner of my phone number, as I am and possibly never will be a Sears customer.

Not only am I quite annoyed with the frequency of these calls, but the only time I'm able to call back, I reach them after hours of operation, and are told to leave them a message. Guess what? the mailbox is full, and it has been for the past three nights.

I got a blank caller id, but i called the number back from my office phone and apparently it was sears trying to sell me life insurance, i'm from ontario canada.
